I recently visited Cicis Pizza with my family, and I must say, this visit was a delightful surprise compared to our previous experience. My wife had a brilliant idea to treat our boys to an all-you-can-eat pizza adventure, and Cicis Pizza seemed like the perfect choice. While our last memory of this location wasn't the best, it's safe to say that this time around, our expectations were exceeded.

Upon entering, we immediately noticed the positive changes. The entire game section had been relocated to the front, and it was quite expansive. This modification significantly transformed the ambiance compared to our last visit, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.

One aspect that truly stood out during this visit was the exceptional level of friendliness exhibited by the staff. Despite the restaurant being on the slower side, the attentive staff members were quick to make us feel welcome and ensured our needs were met. During our visit, my wife had the opportunity to request a customized pizza, and the outcome was fantastic. Pizza is delicious can't complain! Especially their thin crust is so good!

And to the owner of this Cicis location. As for future recommendations from a State food critique. The pizza is delicious, the drinks are good, games are fun. The only thing that needs to be taken seriously into consideration for your store's future safety for customers with children. Please replace all the children's high chairs because they are not up to date and all of the high chairs' seat straps are broken and the children can't be contained to where they can sit down and eat properly. This is a safety hazard measure for children if they stand up and fall it could lead to a lawsuit. Other than that food and staff are amazing just need those high chairs replaced A.S.A.P. I have a 2-year-old daughter and we came here to eat today 11/25/23 she almost fell out of her chair because the strap in her chair was broken. All of them are, but luckily she did not fall. So I hope Cicis takes this matter seriously and fixes the problem soon....

Placed an online order yesterday for 2 giant's, 2 orders of cinnamon rolls, and cheese sticks; 50 dollars on literally garbage.

While checking at the store I couldn't even tell the BBQ was a BBQ pizza. The chicken was literally on 4 slices and just thrown on like an after thought. I had to ask the girl, at the counter "which pizza is this" she just stood there and said nothing, while the manager responded to me, it was BBQ.

He was quick to say it was BBQ, to shut me up for asking, as if I didn't have the right, but didn't even acknowledge the fact that there is absolutely no chicken on majority of these slices??

I got one order of burnt cinnamon rolls smothered in icing, i'm sure to make up for the fact that they were burnt which didn't help, an order of cinnamon rolls where the icing was non-existent. The cheese-sticks we ordered were mostly dry bread sticks with cheese on half.

Hopefully you do better for your remaining customers, but I won't be wasting my time or money...
