Taco Bell — Restaurant in Waco

I made a drive-thru order and I was on passenger side and when I went to place my order. My son ordered the a box meal and it was not the box meal that I was talking about. Due to me being on passenger side I couldn't even see the box meal that he told them that I wanted to order, I was just simply pointing at the screen telling him that I wanted the box meal on the screen. When I got the order I was sitting at the window and I went to check to make sure that I had the correct items in my order. At that time my son began to slowly pull off as I was checking my order and we decided not to leave the parking lot yet. Upon looking into the box I noticed that that was not what I wanted So we circle back around to the drive-thru window never leaving the parking lot. We pulled back up to the window and explain that this was the wrong box meal. So they took my receipt and they looked at it and then a lady came to the window and proceeded to tell me that I would have to repurchase the meal that I originally wanted because it was not the gentleman's at the windows fault that we ordered the wrong meal; which was understandable. She then went on to say that they could not take the meal back because it was contaminated. This made me angry because I never left the location I only circle around and what makes this meal contaminated because it hit my car? This box meal could have been contaminated coming out of their window due to the fact that the gentleman had on no gloves. And everyone that I seen walking around in the location had on no gloves. I angrily bought the meal that I wanted because we traveled over 20 minutes to get there and why would I just get a meal that I did not want. She did nothing to resolve the issue. This was a bad experience at this location Taco Bell South Waco by Baylor. She offered no apology. I do not believe that that situation was handled correctly. The only thing in that box was a taco a burrito some small nacho chips and a small container of queso cheese and it was over $10. This taco bell gave me the worse fast food experience ever! I ordered taco bell via door dash and received my food without a receipt and the bag was not sealed. The dasher said that he wasn't given a receipt. I ordered two chicken quesadilla's with triple cheese but I received two quesadillas that were cut in to four pieces and on both quesadilla's only two of the four pieces had chicken and cheese; the rest of the tortilla was empty so I called the store five times and each time someone picked up the phone and listen for a second and then hung up! I went to the store with my food still in the bag and found the lobby closed so I went through drive thru and asked to speak to a manager. The manager responded to my complaint by saying that the order was correct because taco bell isn't allowed to put chicken and cheese throughout your entire quesadilla just a portion of it! The manager then took my bag of food and left the window to go and show another Manger, when the manager returned she hung my bag of food out of the window opened and now soaked by the rain and stated that she doesn't want to remake the food because she doesn't think I have a door dash account so I pulled up my door dash receipt on my phone. After that she took the wet bag of food and stormed off leaving me sitting in drive thru! Do yourself a favor and avoid this taco bell at all cost. Unfortunately, and I say this because I love Taco Bell. But Taco Bell in Bellmead needs to get their act together. Customer service is horrible, I work to Taco Bell for 4 years, and if anything I was taught it was that it was about quality of the food. Kevin reichenbach what is the best manager ever unfortunately he passed away but if you know Taco Bell and you work for Taco Bell then you will know who he is. Bellmead Taco Bell you never know what you're going to get on any given day when you go in there. Sometimes the food is great the chalupa shells are made properly and everything is prepared properly. I will not dine in here at this location, it's always dirty, it's never stocked with sauces, and the people behind the counter and the people preparing your food are in a rush to get your food prepared unfortunately I watch that first hand as I stood at the counter. The drive-thru, again you never know what you're going to get on any given day, from placing your order you get attitude. I asked about their $5 boxes because I really like those, you get somebody who obviously doesn't want to be at work that day telling you that they no longer have $5 boxes. The window is even worse. Your son has been sitting there in the Texas heat with the window open, and if you check it out the window which I highly recommend you will have realized they have forgotten something.
