Wendy's — Restaurant in Waco

Very disappointing service over the last couple of months. Have gone several times, use to be quick and easy! Now the drive through takes longer than whataburger sometimes and it’s baffling because there is always only one car in front when it takes for ever. It’s almost like they wait for that one car to order, go to the window to get their order and leave before taking the next order, then this creates a line around the building. Also the people who have been taking the order have been very rude, they don’t let you finish talking before asking “what to drink” or “anything else”....and Then rude, no greeting at the window. Also they have been out of chocolate frosty the past 4 times - which I’ve gone at different times throughout the day. So sad to see such poor...

It used to be nice and efficient back when the remodel just finished. Now every time when I go to their drive through, there will be a loooong line there, and it'll take u a good minute to get to the answer machine. their efficiency right now is making their "fast food" into "slow food". We were there to dine in on may 6th. The drive through line is not just long, it's also not moving as usual. So we got in, walked to the ordering counter, the guy said "I'll be with u in just a moment". And that moment took us about a good 7-8 mins and I even semi-yelled hello through the door. I don't know what's changed or what's wrong with their management but if u are in a hurry and try to get fast food, please do...

It was not the most pleasant experience in the world. Just seems like everywhere you go workers are disgruntled. They act as though the customer is a bother to them. But if it weren't for the customers they wouldn't even have a job. I find that almost anywhere I go nowadays. My issue was that the advertised special on the window looked a whole lot better than the actual product that I received. The product on the window advertised a double bacon burger for $5 with lettuce and tomato. It looked really big and good, but in reality it was teeny tiny small and it only had onions and pickles, no lettuce or tomato. It tasted ok but service wasn't absolutely great. I'm so sorry to be...
