When we stop and dine in there's never an issue. One of my go to places.
When we order for pick up or delivery, there's always an issue. Usually we are missing an item, but mostly it's a food quality issue. Ordered pick up through app this time. Ordered pecan braid, got bear claw Ordered BBQ chicken sandwich, very disappointing. Hardly any chicken or BBQ sauce. (Pick 2 deal, half sandwich and soup) Ordered the green goddess, my favorite sandwich btw, hardly a sandwich with the lack of items on it. Requested to redeem my free salad, Didn't get it Also requested no baguettes, Got 2
You really need an option online to opt out the baguettes. We throw ours out everytime. Just a waste.
I'm a GM at a pizza shop so I get it. If it's a staff issue then the GM needs to fix it. You want to keep your customers not lose them. I'm getting there. Too many issues for us. Unless we dine in, it's always a gamble if we get everything or not. I gave a 3 star instead of 1 because I do like this place and like i said, if we dine in there's no issues. .............. Updated 01/22/24 I keep trying this place because I really do like it. Ordered the green goddess for delivery and got this. I'm just done with this inconsistencies. I've read a comment from 'JADEN'and I would like to let them know that I have teenage staff at my pizzeria and if I get several complaints then more training is needed. Their pay has nothing to do with it, its all about experience or lack of. Management needs to pay more attention to these reviews. There are way too many bad ones and for good reason. I had to 'edit' my previous review because I don't see any options to place one...
Read moreWhen you walk in your greeted with big white printed out pictures on the registers to order at the kiosk along with 2 of the most uninviting looks I’ve ever seen. Don’t forget to add a tip for the kiosk because Panera can’t pay a living wage!!! Fast forward to spending half a fortune for some soup or a sandwich and you’re herded to the right where you stand in question on who or how you get a cup for your fountain drink. Only to ask and get a snark reply and it basically thrown at you. As you wait pondering your life choices you can be assured, this choice was a terrible one. As you wait 15 minutes for 2 cups of soup and a sandwich that was more then likely due to not tipping them for putting soup into a bowl and into a bag you finally receive your order. Finally! This bread bowl is so nostalgic for me as I use to get it with my grandparents a kid. As you walk out and drive home only to realize, OH PANERA GOT GREEDY AND CHARGS 10$ for a ladle of soup and some tough bread. Thankfully, you ordered a sandwich that was new on the menu, it must be better. Only to find out, it has….powdered sugar on it? And is probably the most disgusting excuse for a sandwich that has ever been served. Long story short, Panera is a shell from what it was 10+ years ago much like all the rest of these companies. Save your money. Make some soup and bread at home. Or don’t, won’t hurt my...
Read moreAs a former Covelli Enterprises Panera Bread associate, I am extremely disappointed in management’s approach to how this store is run. The behaviors of the associates is unprofessional and from their service, I can tell that they are not held to a high standard. The inside is always dirty, despite the store being almost empty. Orders never come out quite right. Sandwiches are not made on the proper bread, the wrong dressing or cheese is used on a salad, etc. Usually a small error wouldn’t bother me from time to time. People make mistakes, but I haven’t had an order correctly built in over 10+ visits, that shows systemic failure and poor training. I can recall working on the line, we had to be experts in the ingredients. Now I’m not sure if these workers can tell the different between white bread and sourdough or the difference between feta and Parmesan cheese. Other guests may not even see these errors because they might not know all of the proper ingredients used, but being an old employee I do. I understand that working at a restaurant is not everyone’s passion, but standards need to be adhered to for a successful business. After giving them the benefit of the doubt several times, my family has decided to take our business elsewhere from now on. I hope that they can turn it around, but after 5 years of sub-par quality that I have dealt...
