Arby's — Restaurant in Walker

Stopped by Arby's at night and ordered almost $50 of food and was told after paying that we would have to pull ahead and wait. That's fine, I prefer to wait for fresh food rather than be given stale garbage but we were waiting just over 9 minutes at the window and once we were given the food and left I noticed they forgot an order of fries (for the second time in a row although it was two different locations) and since there was a line of about 6-8 vehicles behind us by the time we got our food (when we first were told to wait there was nobody in line) we chose to just leave without them despite having paid for them. It really is frustrating to have an item not be included especially when it's after the lobby has closed and the only option is to go back through and wait again in the drive thru. I shouldn't have to double check that I'm actually getting everything I ordered before pulling off nor do I always remember. It doesn't matter what job people do, they should do it right or hire people...

Food was good but staff is ridiculous, first the drive through girl was rushing me when I ordered then handed me 3 drinks without even offering a cup carrier which I asked for she rolled her eyes at me. Then she hands me my card back along with a bag like I have 4 hands. Then asks me if i want sauce so as I'm telling her she talks through the mic to another customer then says what to me cause she didn't hear me, I wonder why. I've been trying to call and complain for the past 15 minutes and it's been busy signal this whole time. My son spilled his Sprite trying to put it in the cup carrier and I can't even call. Smh now I know why...

Stopped by last night to grab a quick snack on our way home. After paying we were told to pull forward and that they'll bring it out to us. We waited more than 40 minutes, during which time two other cars ordered, and received their meals. One had parked behind us and had their order brought out. A few minutes after, I had gotten out of the car to ask the window when the order will be ready. It was clear that it had finished long ago and that simply nobody had bothered to give it to us. They didn't try explaining what had happened, just handed the bag to me after a minute. The order was cold, and the quality of the food did not...
