I was trying to call in an order for delivery and was debating just for personal reason of what the amount would be. The man who answered the was very rude. He did not even let me finish how I wanted my sandwich because he had already hung up on me. I called back to mention what I was wanting to adjust and he rudely informs me that most people say their special requests 1st. Well 1st, I was just trying to get an idea for the cost on that sandwich, after deciding on getting it he hangs up. I had no choice. So after he tells me how people usually do things he hangs up again. I was put off by how rude and unprofessional his phone etiquette was that I called back and he answers it with saying what's going on? I would like to just cancel my order he said ok and we hung up. You have about a 50/50 shot on your online delivery order being made correctly if you order minus things and add others. Ordered the new bourbon sandwich w no tomato and add extra crispy jalapeños because I like spicy food. And I got the most bland sandwich, can barely taste any of the bourbon sauce, sandwich had tomato’s on it and it didn’t have the crispy jalapeños on it. For what you charge for sandwiches and your employees can rarely get orders made correct just boggles my mind. Pretty sure I’m gonna give up on jimmy johns all together after this. I understand some mistakes happen but I can almost guarantee they seen the sandwich name and just made it without actually reading what was ordered. Glad I’m not allergic to anything. Was in the drive thru watching my sandwich being made. Second person working on my sandwich dropped a receipt on the floor and with his gloves on picked it up, threw it in the trash and then finished making my sandwich without changing his gloves. I explained to the window attendant that I wanted a refund, after some flustering about they voided my receipt and still tried to give me the sandwich!!! They just didn't understand how gross that was. I tried to explain how not only was my food ruined, but so was all the food the employee had just touched in the various bins.
