Please keep in mind, I have pictures of 2 rooms as this was the start of the issues. Upon arrival, the girl who checked me in was nice enough, but didn’t acknowledge my status, or try to upgrade me. Generally I don’t look into it too much, but this was just the beginning of my stay here. She tried to look to see if other rooms were available, but said there were no updates on what’s clean. That’s fine. I just wanted to off load my stuff and head to dinner. When I got back I went to my room, room 100, and it sounded like an obnoxious party above. I walked down and no one was there. So after waiting for a little I walked back to my room. The noise continued. I walked back down, still no one there. Then I walked back to my room, and tried to relax but couldn’t as it sounded like something was going to fall on my head. So finally walked back down and the girl was there on her phone. I asked when I could start complains on a room. Not expecting to move, but just get the room above to respect others. She offered to move me, and this is where it’s funny. She upgrades my room to one of the larger rooms on the 4th floor. Had my upgrade happened from the start all of this could have been avoided. There’s more.

I get to my room, unwind, do some work. Finally I go to head to bed to turn tv on. Guess what’s not starting, my tv. I restart numerous times. Not working. So I call down. The girl at the front is like, oh yeah that rooms tv isn’t working, and the person left for the day to fix it. I can move you again. Okay, I’m too tired to try to pack my things up, and move a 3rd time. She said for the inconvenience she would leave a note for the manager to give me points. Wait, there’s more. The next morning after I get ready to check out and leave I wait around. I see people just chatting, and maybe it’s a meeting, yet it’s noticed I am waiting. After about 5 min the guy comes out which at this point I’m sure it’s the manager, and asks how he can assist I explain the above and says, well I can add 15000 points to your account for the inconvenience. We’ll just say that I check my Marriott today, and there’s no points on my account. So for people on business or have status, please keep the above in mind that status isn’t recognized here by any means. Which is disappointing because I generally enjoy Fairfield’s for...

Had issues the minute we arrived. Really unable to check us in and give us key since their key kiosk was not working. Person at the front desk had to take people individually to their rooms because of the key issue. Since it was 7pm this of course left front desk unattended.|First room was not clean and still had the Bachelorette sign up on the wall from the last folks that stayed there. Room smelled like someone spilled acetone somewhere in the room. Had to be moved to another room on different floor.|Second room did not smell however there was only one towel in the room and neither of the televisions works as they should. Addressed with the front desk, received towels and we tried to fix television issues but couldn't. |Television issues were addressed with one of the managers the next morning. They said they would have maintenance look at it while we were gone. Upon return in the evening there was a not from the manager that they thought they had one fixed but not the other when in fact neither was fixed.|Day 3, spoke with the manager again about the television issue as well as garbage not being taken out of the room. Offered 10,000 points for the inconvenience however I told the manager they would have to do better than that. Manager said they would need to talk to the General Manager to do anything other than that and would let me know. |Day 4, spoke to the manager again, at this point it will be 5 days without a television that worked appropriately. Again, advised they would need to do more than 10,000 points and that we would be checking out tomorrow. She said she would let us know.|5 days after checkout I had to call the hotel to try to find out the resolution. After me chasing them down and threatening to contest the charges they provided another 10,000 points (should have at least had one night free).|Breakfast was marginal at best, coffee not good, not much food available other than making waffles. Eggs were cold, bacon not good and muffins were dry. |I would think that the general manager would have been there during the key kiosk problem, so the front desk was not left unattended. Also think the General Manager should have addressed the other issues during this time since they could not be fixed.|I should not have had to follow up with them, they should have...

Firstly I was never offered a welcome bag even when I asked and they had one sitting behind the desk… 1st red flag I should have known…. I have been here for 14 days, I was offered daily room service, I said yes please and asked him (the room service coordinator I now know) to make sure it was clean! I have had room service one time after demanding it 3 days before leaving. I have had so many issues during this process.. on the 10th day was the first day the man came to my room after I went and found him doing room service and demanded he came to my room and gave me towels and cleaned the floor (I had called every day and spoke to front desk every day since the 3rd day I have been here) he told me he would not have time yet again after 10 days! 2 people 3 towels 2 wash cloths.. fire restoration business trip 🙃.. then said they had no clean sheets or towels themselves and could not get to me until the following day.. next day nothing yet again.. my husband lost his cool and went and yelled for someone to come to the front desk on the last night.. (this is after the man walked in at 11:30am to us in bed still the day before we were supposed to check out, claiming we had checked out.. oh now you come in the room.. 😐) he asked for towels and toilet paper and wash clothes and the guy tried to refuse him saying he had been in our room 3 days ago and have given us 3 new towels.. this hotel is a joke.. on my 7th day here the powers stopped working in my room by the beds and I could not charge my phone and for whatever reason the shower was Lukewarm at best the entire time so I asked if I could move rooms.. the desk attendees said yes tomorrow we will prepare it for you.. they never did and then refused to give me a different room. This place is disgusting, the floors are dirty, some of the staff is rude, they don’t know what’s going on most of the time and there is no communication… you have to beg and then demand as you stand there and take it to your room yourself or you might not get it. This hotel is not anywhere I would stay again, I suggest finding somewhere that is a little more...

Bed Bugs. I stayed for one night on 10/7/23 With two of my friends, we woke up in the morning and my friend had bites, she suspected they were bed bugs bites once we began looking around we noticed a huge bed bug nestled in the corner of the headboard. We immediately got up put our clothes in plastic bags and went down to the lobby, the front desk agent was not helpful in the slightest, the response after showing the photo and saying we had bites was just “we have to send someone to check it out.” We paid to wash our laundry at the hotel, but the dryer was out of service so they let us dry our clothes in their associate laundry room, nonetheless the attitude of the employees was very nonchalant, unconcerned, and unbothered. We will not be returning to this hotel in the future.
