I placed an online order. When I got into the store I was with someone who was ordering in person. It took five minutes for the woman to come out to the front and greet us. When she finally did, she looked at us and said to me that she didnât start making my order yet. She then asked if the person I was with still wanted to order because they were out of a bunch of ingredients, then proceeded to list every single ingredient that was on the two sandwiches I ordered. I was forced to leave the store without getting my order, and the woman at the checkout did not know how to give me a refund. There was no way to get a refund through the app or help portion of their website. I went back to the store to ask the woman if she could cancel the order from there end, since it was their fault that I couldnât get my order. She told me she couldnât cancel on her end, but finally after like five minutes of me standing in the store looking at the app she called her manager. They were on the phone for a couple minutes, then she handed me a receipt that said refund and my order. I asked her how long it would take to receive the refund and she said two or three hours. Itâs now the next day and I never received the refund. I donât believe she actually initiated a refund or order cancellation. She helped me out when she was training somebody my food was made and wouldnât say wrong, but there wasnât enough on it and I called and she had me come up there and she remade them And ever since sheâs been at the store. I now go to Subway. Thank you Rosie so much and definitely you need to be a manager or being a management position you are extremely qualified especially working at four different stores.    Read morel hate to have to even give a star at all. Rebecca customer service is absolutely horrible. She is plain out rude her mouth is ruthless. Restaurant very very nasty flies everywhere. I told her flies where on the sub she became very angry and threw the sub and whom ever online order she was preparing I really feel sorry for them she left their food exposed to flies and gnats landing all over their food. She never changed her gloves as she continued to run the register and prepare the subs. When I tell you it took everything in me not to go off on this lady her whole approach and attitude is insane. Very very unprofessional nasty nasty horrible surfaces in the store I cannot see how this establishment is still open and running.
