Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Wall Township

I’m giving 3 stars because I really like Bubbakoos normally, and when I have gone in the staff is always friendly and the food is good. But I just did an online order for delivery, and I was severely disappointed. I ordered a simple taco salad, and went through the whole process, paid 17 dollars after tip and delivery fee, (which is ridiculous to pay for a salad but whatever on that) it came on time, but the food was so cold I thought that maybe they put it in the fridge. The meat was COLD and so was the queso, like they made it and let it sit the whole half hour before they delivered it. And mind you, I am located LITERALLY across the street, there is no reason it should have been that cold. I will never order delivery from this...

Every single experience I have had at this Bubs has been great. One time I came right as they were closing and they had started to put food away, two women there still took my order and took things out and made it for me. This has meant a lot since I really had’t eaten at all that day, it was the super-bowl and I was coming home from watching the game with my grandfather at a rehabilitation place. Another time I came in during the day and the guy who made my order was just so nice and the fold was amazing. I have a Bubs 7 mins from my house but now I get take out or delivery from the one in Wall when I can because it honestly tastes better than the closer one and my experiences have been great with...

For the second time I tried to order dinner for 4 through the Chipotle app, for the second time it won't finalize my order! The first time they kindly took my familys orders in store and everything was fine. The second time, I was rudely told "all orders must be placed online". The app has some difficulty with my email address and will not finalize the order! Interesting, because Google suggested my email after my attempts were taken!
