Meemom's Wall — Restaurant in Wall Township

Today was a great day until me and my friend decided to go out to breakfast. Our experience was terrible. Walked in.. was sat at the tiniest little table ever.. even after I asked to be put in a booth.. there were a ton open. Then we order our drinks and my Diet Coke doesn’t even come with a lemon. Everyone knows a Diet Coke comes with a lemon. Shrugged it off. Then we order and the waitress named Sarah is taking our order and running away. Food came out and we didn’t have silverware or napkins.. decided we needed ketchup for our eggs and she dropped the ketchup bottle and it flung across the floor , splattered evergwheee and she oicked it up put the cap back on and gave it to us grossly. FIRST OF ALL.. the ketchup lid was on the floor hunny.. do I want to taste everyone’s bottom of their shoe? No. Then I don’t even get asked if I want a refill. Had to eat my puke lookin French toast without a soda. Then our omelet was burnt. Toast wasn’t cooked and IT WAS THE WRONG TOAST. We ordered rye and were given wiltering whole wheat toast. We are not picky but this was rediculous. Then she hands us the bill while i haven’t even taken a bite of my food. I find that so rude. They weren’t even busy. Didn’t Even ask if we wanted anything else. Then we sit for about 20 min with the check and she walks past a thousand times and didn’t take the money.. so I went up to the front and the lady told me i pay my server.. well.. WHERE IS MY SERVER???? We finally got it to her and we were supposed to get 18 dollars back so we could give some of her to the tip.. but she looks around the corner to see if we are still there. I’m sorry my bill was only 22 dollars .. I’m not giving anb18 dollar tip.. finally we got our money back after asking multiple times. All in all I will never return. This location has gone completely down hill. If you order on door dash they will completely miss items to be delivered, ignore allergies, special requests, not give you straws for iced coffee, not put whipped cream on the iced coffee when requested, etc the list goes on and on. The owner of this establishment needs to have a serious talk with the manager of this location. Educate whoever is in charge of the door dash orders to check what’s going in the bag 3x, and check off/sign off with initials, to make sure all items are in the bag — similar to what Panera does. I put an allergy in the comments in CAPITAL letters and they completely ignored it and sent me what I was allergic to. Multiple times I have gotten orders without what I ordered (i.e. side of bacon missing). Why would I want an iced coffee without a straw adter requesting straws via checking the box on your doordash menu? Straws should be an automatic, utensils should be an automatic, ketchup with fries should be an automatic. I payed $130 for my last door dash order and had the following issues: didn’t received my side of bacon, received coffees without straws when requested, iced coffee did not have toppings when requested, no condiments when they were requested. It’s not like I spent $20 on 1 item and received 1 wrong thing. This has occurred 4x so far within the past 4 months. Get it together, this is ridiculous for how much I spend at...

My and my aunt recently visited this fine establishment. It was my first time eating at Meemom's. I've heard nothing but great things about this restaurant, so I had to put them to the test. And let me tell you, the hype is real! There were so many tempting and unique items on the menu, I had trouble deciding! I finally ordered myself the French Cakes, which is essentially French toast dipped in pancake batter and deep fried. Undoubtedly a genius idea if I do say so myself. This was hands down the best breakfast dish I've ever had. Period. The portion size was also perfect! Not too big, but definitely not small. I was extremely satisfied after my meal. I was ready to tackle the rest of my day. Their bacon was also phenomenal! Super crispy and unquestionably tasty. The side portion was also a generous amount which I really appreciated. Lastly, our waitress was very kind and hospitable. She gave us adequate time to eat, and her smile and kind attitude made me feel at home. I will definitely be returning to Meemom's.
