Graze a drive thru — Restaurant in Walla Walla

Six people working inside this location and TERRIBLE service with three cars that were driving away from the parking lot. The younger workers inside were too involved with their own conversation to see the order we’d placed via text. If it weren’t for previous trips here for fresh delicious food and just mediocre service we’d avoid this place forever. The worst part is that several cars or parties who arrived after us in the drive thru got their food before we did. This is particularly frustrating because the order we placed was done so using their suggestion to text them. When asked if we wanted to tip them we declined. Why would I tip after waiting 20 minutes...

Spent over $200 here for a doctors office and had it scheduled to be picked up at 1130. I get there and their are about 10 cars in line ordering so I text them to say “hey I placed a pick up order two hours ago can I please pay for my food and have you guys bring it to me as I don’t feel I should wait in line because I ordered a takeout” they were very rude to me and refused to just allow me to pay and bring me my food. They were extremely rude with poor customer service. When I ordered I was told I could just come pay and take my food and leave and I had to wait for 10 cars ahead of me. Literally they were extremely rude to me. Dont plan on ever...

Ordered ahead cause I was in a rush! Was told they wouldn't sub avacado for bacon which they have done countless times before. Since they wouldn't substitute avacado I said I didn't want avacado then. No big deal.

However they charged me the extra $1.50 when I got there. When I kindly said this isn't right they got upset and argued with me.. then finally gave me my money back but said "since that sandwich has avacado I'll have to make you a new one" terrible coustomer service!!! I been waiting for over 10 min and didn't have time for this.. hence why I called in!

Always have had a good experiences here, but it seems they lack simple...
