I used to come to this Jimmy John’s location every week for lunch, but it’s really gone downhill lately. I stopped by on Saturday around 2 PM and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had there.
My unwich was thrown together so poorly — the meat was hanging out everywhere and falling apart. I worked for Jimmy John’s for years, and we would never have sent something like that out to a customer. I also asked for extra pickles, and there were none. To top it off, the lettuce leaves were brown and wilted — completely unappetizing.
I paid extra for a side of Kickin’ Ranch, and when I opened it, it was maybe 1/4 full. Absolutely unacceptable. I went back through the drive-thru and asked to speak to a manager. He offered to give me pickles on the side, and I said no, please remake the sandwich because it was falling apart. There was no apology, no care, nothing.

Read moreI ordered delivery from Jimmy John’s and requested that the order be left at my door. The delivery driver chooses to pound on my door. I’m on a Zoom meeting with a client, so I don’t respond. After all, the directions say to leave it at the door. I then then here him yell “Jimmy. John’s. Delivery!” in this really obnoxious robot voice and then POUNDS on my door like he’s a cop or something. I’m in the middle of a meeting and I had to yell at him through the door to just leave it so he would stop and go away. It was just really rude and annoying. I even checked the receipt and it clearly says to leave at the door. This particular worker is the reason why I won’t go through the drive-thru anymore. Read moreThe food was of Jimmy John's standard quality, no problems there. I placed my order online and walked up to the store to pick it up. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said "drive thru only" and the door was locked. I called the store and told them I'm there to pickup my order and I'm on foot. They instructed me to walk through the drive thru. I don't think that was the safest way to proceed but it wasn't busy so I walked through the drive thru. The person working was clearly laughing at me and handed me my food with a smirk on his face. This was very humiliating and not the way this should have been handled. He should have brought the food to the locked door and handed it to me....
