First time at this location, and last time at this location. I was ever so rudely greeted at the drive-thru, and ordering seemed rushed by the DT operator. When arriving at the window I wasn't greeted with a smile or even a "how are you tonight?" What I was greeted with was a snotty and impolite "$3.18." I had a coupon, and the DT operator didn't seem to care to honor it, however, after a few excuses, she finally honored it. After handing her my payment, she gave the receipt and change without saying anything. She let the window shut behind her and didn't even acknowledge my "have a nice night!" I pulled up to the second window and saw her again, yelling at an employee, right in front of the window. I could hear and see her scolding this employee, which is not leadership or management material. The employee looked stressed, but took her brutal reprimanding. Despite his manager, he turned around with a smile and greeted me professionally. I asked if that lady was his manager, and he said yes. I then asked her name, in which he replied with Penny. Penny is by far the epitome of terrible management. Her customer service skills could have been far surpassed by a third grader. It is obvious that her leadership skills and just basic manners are far lacking. New management and promotion from within is a must. The male employee who took payment deserves her position, in which she deserves to be fired, and from reading the other reviews, it is clear that others feel the same way. Read moreThis is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. So far, they have forgotten my hash browns, served pop that taste like water (which I couldn’t even drink it was so bad), the English muffins were cold and un-toasted, and the credit card machines are down often. The drive-through takes so long that I end up having to pull off before placing my order and running late for work without even getting my breakfast. Keep in mind I allow myself about 20 minutes to stop there. There’s garbage everywhere around the area where you place your order in the drive-through and the screen doesn’t work properly. If the outside looks like that imagine the kitchen. There’s one lady there that obviously hates her job and should never be allowed to work with the public with an attitude like that. The prices are way higher than other Mc Donald’s. My impression of this restaurant is that a new family has taken over running the business and they are extremely cheap, don’t care about their customers, and are only there to make money off people like me who have no choice but to go to that location. Read more(This event happened Aug 10). I came in around 7pm and the store was supposed to be open for a few more hours at that point but was closing early due to low staffing issues. No problem at all, I can understand that. The issue is that I ordered online and was waiting to receive my order and I was approached by the owner saying that they were closed. I inquired about how would I be receiving my refund and he told me that I would have to contact the customer service lines. So after I tried several times, I came back to the restaurant to report to the owner that I could not reach him and thought it would be way simpler for him to just comp my meal/give me a gift card/do a refund right out of the register to make this issue be resolved as simply as possible. He told me this was impossible and sent me on my way. Fortunately, my meal was not like bank-breaking but I do have an issue with bad customer service. I come from a background of customer service being highly coveted and when I was basically just told to "figure it out" it really showed me how important their customer service is, especially from a management POV.
