Subway — Restaurant in Walled Lake

First, as I walked in, the floor hadn't been swepted. Second, the young lady who was taking my order was unprofessional. She kept asking me what I wanted over and over again as if she was hard of hearing are just obvious of what she was doing. She also decided to talk to her mother on the store phone all while handling my order. She didn't even bother to change he plastic gloves after using the phone while handling the food. When asked what I like on my sandwich, the vegetable been were at the bottom of the pans, meaning I got the scraps,Then she decided to ask for help and to get fresh veggies. Then the manager, who was lolly gaging while I got this poor service, decided to come help at the register. Don't know if it was because of Friday the 13th or this crew was not on the same page. I know this place is close and convenient but, I'll travel to another in the area. This store is located on Maple Rd near Pontiac Trail in...

I can't believe Subway allows what is happening at this store! 2 footlong subs 1 double meat but really not...might have put an extra half scoop of pulled rotisserie chicken. The other ham and cheese 6 pieces of ham on a footlong! Extra pickles...3 pickles on each 1/2 sandwich, lettuce was literally a sprinkle on both sandwiches and spinach...3 leaves per half! I also purchased a dozen cookies and only received 10! There were 2 employees working so if one doesn't know how to build a sandwich the other needs to step in and show the one who doesn't know how to do this! We work hard for our money and don't eat out often at all anymore because of the expense! 33.00 plus a 3.00 tip because I felt the employees were nice but clearly once I arrived home they do not know how to count either one or they weren't nice at all and clearly don't care about anything to do with their job! Hope I am wrong...

Cant make this stuff up, posting a picture also. I made an online order for a few subs and got there within a couple minutes of ordering. The 3 ladies (2 girls and one older woman) were discussing and just preparing to start making the order. The subs could not be more opposite on the toppings needed, toasted/not toasted, ect, ect. Started to witness the wrong toppings going on the wrong subs. (Jalapenos and banana peppers on a sub supposed to have only lettuce and cucumber) they pulled them off. All the juices already covering the bread and meat. Threw them out then proceeded to tell me there were no banana peppers now for the sub that had originally needed them. Then to top it all off when I arrive back at the office.. Five, yes FIVE tomato "end" slices between two subs. You know the ones with the black spot in the middle.....
