That's A Wrap Deli & Cafe — Restaurant in Wallingford

We went to "That's A Wrap" today for lunch and had a wonderful experience! The Cafe is movie themed, including decor and the names of their signature wraps, along with movies playing on multiple screens visible from all of the seating areas.

We ordered the "Silence of the Lambs" wrap (gyro, lettuce tomato, onion, feta and tzatziki sauce), Grilled Chicken Panini (grilled chicken, bacon, spinach and Chipotle mayo), and Chicken and Waffles with side orders of fries and onion rings (both HEAPING portions that I barely got pictures of!) The portions are perfect, the flavors of each of the dishes were amazing and we all left very full and happy!

The Cafe was very busy with lunch time guests for both dine in and take out. There is plenty of seating and high chairs for little ones. The staff are very friendly, helpful with menu suggestions and accommodating with children as well! We're so glad we finally had the opportunity to visit and we cannot wait to go back to try more...

Holy customer service Batman! This place is incredible. Tbh I haven’t even tried their food yet and I know I’ll be coming back. I just ordered some delivery, I had called ahead to see what the specials were, and the woman who answered the phone helped me right away, and when I mentioned I was ordering the special for delivery she took my order to make sure the correct items would be sent to me even though I was ordering through DoorDash. When ordering I added on the pasta salad which I hadn’t mention on the phone, I figured they’d only have the one option. But NO!!! Not only do they have several options, but the woman called me back to ask which one I wanted rather than going with the default option. 100% above and beyond. Incredible. I’m still blown away, which is why I’m leaving a review. Keep it up guys!!!

Edit: I have now eaten the food I ordered and if I hadn’t already given a 5-star review I’d be leaving one...

That's A Wrap is a fantastic place to grab a delicious meal. What particularly impressed me about this place was their fantastic customer service. They always put the customer's satisfaction first, and I experienced this firsthand when something wasn't quite right with my order. However, they looked out for me and made it right by fixing the issue promptly, which made me feel valued and appreciated. Let's talk about their wraps! They’re so, so delicious! You can actually taste the freshness in every bite. They use only the highest-quality ingredients, which made me enjoy their food even more. Every wrap is packed with flavor, and it's hard not to fall in love with each and every one.
