Burger King — Restaurant in Walnut Creek

I don't eat Burger King I don't like fast food restaurants I did eat that I know this one that's been there for a long time I did eat there when I was younger and it wasn't bad then I just make the mistake of trying something but you got to understand I really just don't like fast food I ate Jack in the Box for the first time in 6 months and it made me sick as a dog. So I don't recommend any fast food restaurant McDonald's is probably the cleanest and for the kids it's a lot nicer cuz I got served Valium pills that are always have the pools toys and it has a big playground inside the place and it's all very modern. So I can stand that but no I would never recommend especially this particular Burger King I've never thought it was a good one back in the Jays some Burger King's would be like not too bad at all when I was in construction and others would be terrible. This was one of the others. And I never get bad reviews so don't think I'm doing this to be malice or spiteful that's just not one of the good ones. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any Burger King, ever. This happened over two weeks ago. It was some time after 9:00 AM. I waited in line to order for almost 15 minutes, and then another ten minutes to get to the window. I had ordered the Double Sausage Croissant sandwich, no egg. When I finally got my order, I pulled over across the street to eat before heading off to work. I got a Sausage and Bacon Croissant with egg. I went to the restaurant and walked inside. I spoke to the same cashier who took my payment at the drive-thru. Very apathetic attitude, both at the drive-thru window and at the lobby register. They brought my sandwich to the employee making sandwiches, and after waiting another 10 minutes...I got the same sandwich back, but no egg. Not the one I ordered. A lady sitting in the lobby said to me, "It's smart of you to check!" But after looking that they screwed it up again, I replied, "Actually, they still messed it up, but I can't wait any more. It took 10 minutes for someone to come to the register to take orders. They're were multiple customers waiting. The line to the drive through was at least 12 deep. The employees, including the manager are all yelling at each other. It took 17 minutes to get my (incorrect) order. Both the employee at the register and the manager were literally THROWING people's orders on the counter and just walking away. Complete disaster!

Update went back the next day. Decided to use the drive-thru. There were two cars ahead of me. Placed my order and within a few minutes arrived at the window. Employee took my card, returned my card. Handed me my soda and walked away. A couple of minutes later he returns, wondering why I was still there. Obviously I didn't get my food. Nobody can find it. Another employee tries to give me someone else's order. How did my order get lost in such a short...
