Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Walnut Creek

First off, If i could give more stars I would. I first ordered from this location last week and I was instantly blown away with how polite, friendly and professional the employee that took my order. Second, my order was delivered under 30 mins and the order was steaming hot!!! HUGE WIN. Thrid, my delivery driver was EXTREMELY considerate of social distancing. He wore gloves, had a mask on, and had a bag that was full of items needed for himself and customers. He sprayed his gloves with sanitizer and then the pen I would use to sign the receipt. He had everything separated in his bag. He had tons of plates, napkins, ranch. ect. Paul was the drivers name and He deserves raise. I'm very pleased. I placed another order today and again Paul was my driver. BLOWN away, My daughter who is 4 was excited to see Paul again. Keep up the good work Walnut Creek...

If I could give a worse review I would. I placed an order quite awhile back. It arrived 2 hours late and the order was wrong and cold.I called and talked to a manager she offered me 15% off my next order when there was a coupon on the box for 20% off! I told her to keep her discount I won't order from them again!

Well my husband decided to give it a try again tonight...what are the odds that would happen again right?? Well the order was placed at 7:20pm and I just received my order 9:14pm!! And you got it cold!! This place is the worst!!

Oh and I did leave a bad Yelp review last time this happened and no one contacted me so I doubt they will care about...

I made a mistake on my online order, and the employee, don't remember the name, noticed my mistake and called me asap. The mistake was I meant to order for delivery, but it came up as pickup. When she noticed I put delivery instructions and a tip on the order, she called me to ask if wanted wanted delivery, and fixed my mistake. The delivery arrived fast and as usual the pizza is good. I am always greatful for killer...
