I am a regular customer at this coffee shop, visiting daily to enjoy their coffee. During my visit today, I had a very unpleasant interaction with the manager on duty.
When I politely requested a tray to carry my coffee, as I had other items in my hands, the manager responded rudely, questioning why I needed a tray for just a single coffee order. Despite my explanation, she continued to speak to me in an unprofessional and insulting manner, using profanity. She dismissed my request and told me to just "do whatever." Her behavior was completely unjustified and unacceptable.
The manager had short hair and extensive tattoos on her hands, which I note simply as a physical description, not as a criticism. However, her rude and abrasive attitude left much to be desired in terms of customer service.
I was very disappointed by this negative experience, as I am generally satisfied with the coffee quality and my prior visits. However, the manager's treatment of me as a valued regular customer was completely unacceptable. I hope the management will address this issue and ensure their employees provide a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. Until then, I may need to reconsider frequenting this location. advise anyone, especially those with children, to avoid this location until this issue is addressed by the management. The cashier was walking back and forth to the cooler bringing out gallons of product, while the rest of the staff ignored us standing there to order. After 15 minutes of standing there waiting to order. The cashier finally walked over with an attitude to take our order. Once our order was ready, one of our frozen drinks was missing. I inquired about it, and the guy found it just sitting on the back counter melting. Tried to discuss with the manager on duty about 1/2 of my Mac and cheese missing from my order. She said it’ll be right out and walked away. Then once I got it, she said “are you all set now” with an attitude. This branch is going to give the franchise a very bad name. I own a company, and believe in customer service at the top of what we do. I’d say “either weed out the poor staff, or close the branch down”! I would never allow this type of poor service of food or friendly customer service to continue. After looking at the reviews online, it’s not like it’s not extremely obvious that there is a problem there. I got confirmation back saying my order would be ready @ 12:38. That time came and went , after another 10 minutes I tried to ask if my order was being prepared since my name was not on the “electronic board” but I was quickly told that they could only check 5 orders at a time… I have a lot of patience especially these days but after waiting 20 minutes my patience was gone and tried once again to find out where my $93 order was …. Finally a man told me he could help, he checked a different computer, found my order and told me that large orders are usually put on hold and he could prepare it now !!!! I was so mad, not only was I left without food but the other 9 people I was bringing food to @ 1:15 were out also!!!!
