I think it deserves a 4.25-4.5 Stars. The management is the only thing keeping this restraunt afloat and at times excellent. Truthfully I don’t believe the management could do much if any differently or better in that department chilis is phenomenal for a casual dining restraunt. I have been a patron of chilis for years and it’s a good spot in the area. I have consistently had great experiences and encounters with the management as they are very kind, patient, and want what’s best for everyone. My real issues with this chilis locations stem down to the employees usually just the To-Go Employees (Haven’t had a server fail to meet my expectations or disappoint me as far as conduct.) I haven’t lately seen this one to-go worker who was phenomenal at her job and would take the time to make sure the customers needs were in order and the top priority. In my last 4-6 months as a diner here i’ve noticed the quality in To-Go workers drastically gone down in nearly every single aspect especially there attitudes. I’ve had some serious issues with to-go workers specifically usually the people answering the phone treating customers such as myself very poorly and in these last months they have not only been verbally abusive and outright hostile but often times can be extremely rude creating un necessary and unwanted frustration from the customers side. It’s truly a shame to see the downfall in the to-go workers at this chilis location in these past few months. it truthfully seems like the to -go workers for the most part simply do not care enough to do what’s right and honest to represent and uplift this restraunt in the way it needs to be. Restraunts food is above average and shows tidbits of excellence. In the area it is very affordable and there are a variety of options to eat no matter what you are in the mood for making it a great choice to get a bite to eat. The atmosphere is overall a plus with very warming people who care about the customers experience. The cleanliness is usually above average or on par with similar casual dining restraunts. I hope this location can really figure out looking for new To-go workers who are not extremely disrespectful and complain when you ask for a tiny bit of a favor I understand it can be frustrating and at times stressful and i’ve factored in every mitigating factor but i’ve felt that the conduct has been completely unacceptable i’ve been hung up on ive been talked down to , Ive also been flat out ignored because the to-go worker is usually not prioritizing her responsibilities adequately and chooses to do what she sees fit even if multiple customers are waiting to give this place business. Quite frankly emotions aside it makes me upset for the sake of the restraunt as I’ve been going for years with consistently for years above average food in most areas Taste, portion sizes , Variety, Cost with excellent staffing in almost all departments to be brought down by extremely subpar to-go workers , I have had numerous unpleasant interactions via phone in particular. The food is great and you should still dine here but be aware that currently the to-go workers do not care about you’re experience and on multiple occasions have been extremely lazy, as well as pushy and disrespectful when the task isn’t handed to them in a folded envelope. and they have to do a little more work.

Read moreI just got back from Chili's (Saturday night) and it was moderately busy. We were a party of 5 and didn't have to wait for a table. The person seating us seemed overwhelmed and I am not sure why if it was moderately busy. Overall, the table service and food were horrible. I've been going to this Chili's for a long time and in the past 6 months, it has gone WAY down hill.
The manager on duty was nowhere to be found. Also, our server was in a fog and I had to ask her several times for napkins, my drink (which came half way through the meal) and silverware. I had this server before a few months ago and thought maybe she was just new because he literally spilled my sons food all over the table. Since the last time, this server hasn't improved at all and was not attentive to our party. I reviewed them on their in-house Ziosk system after the meal and gave them very negative reviews for the first time. Lastly, this was one of the first times I have ever left a 10% tip.
In regards to the food, it was thrown together and didn't taste good at all. Most of the party ended up only eating less than half of their meals. I ordered a bowl soup and it was freezing cold was barely half full. Our server only came to check on us when she realized I was getting frustrated.
So we waited an hour an a half for gross food that was partially cold. The service stunk and it was obvious I was not happy. No manager, no apologies and I won't be returning. I should of gone to the 99 across the street but they are ALWAYS jammed on...
Read moreWent here last night and my mom and I ordered a burger to split. They asked how I wanted it cooked, so I said medium. The burger came and it was rare, if not raw. My mom doesn’t mind rare meat so she ate her half although she was hesitant. I did not want a rare burger, so I sent it back. No problem, accidents happen. Then the manager came out to speak with us and was extremely condescending and basically blamed the issue on me. He told me that they can’t do medium burgers, only pink or brown. First of all, who can’t cook a medium burger? Second of all, you should’ve said that when I asked for my burger done medium. Third of all, the burger was raw, not just pink. He also said that the waiter came over to check on us and I didn’t complain then, but he failed to notice that I was still eating the appetizers and hadn’t tried the burger. He also tried to imply that the half of the burger that was eaten by my mom was actually eaten by me. I did end up getting the burger remade, but it was not taken off the bill which I think should always happen if the order gets messed up.
