Can't comment on atmosphere because I ordered delivery. Yesterday I ordered from your restaurant via GrubHub. I just wanted to apologize here because I'm sure you guys got screwed by the third party. The GrubHub driver delivered my food to an address that was not mine and in order to go get it, I'd had to have trespassed on private school property during summer vacation. This was despite ULTRA specific instructions on my order about how to find my address as I know it can be tricky. If you guys got slapped with a forced refund and redeliver at your own expense due to the negligence of the driver, I'm sorry. Especially since I live right up the road. I'm never using GrubHub to get food from you again and will just come in person. Your food is fantastic. I see people in the reviews complaining about price. As someone who works in professional food service I can tell you, ignore them. They don't understand how expensive things are from a BoH and labor perspective. If they have an issue with it, they can go get an equally priced slop bowl from across the street at that...

No cucumber on the sandwich? Where is the cilantro? Now it is more lettuce!? Veggies are getting less and less. Quality and Quantity is important. Sandwiches were better when this place first opened. Hopefully, they will focus on the quality and quantity when making sandwiches. Update (response to owner): thank you for responding. I have eaten at your establishment a few times and typically order the same things. Firstly, I ordered the lemongrass steak and it had a disappointingly small amount of vegetables and the cucumber was in fact missing. When I first ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich it did in fact have all the vegetables (including the cucumber), minus the lettuce. Thus, why I continued to order in the future. Maybe this was an error or change on your part and have since removed the cucumber in place of lettuce. Either way, thank you for letting me know. If I visit your establishment in the future I will request vegetables instead of the bland lettuce that does absolutely nothing to enhance the flavor of the sandwich....

Today we tried out Banh MI Oi on Lexington near Star Market which has only been open for three months. We got the Fresh Vegetarian Rolls, Thai Tea n Cream, Viet Latte, Lemongrass Steak Vermicelli, and Vegan Lemongrass Seitan Vermicelli. This is a solid, basic, counter quick service place (as opposed to table service). Good for lunch and we will definitely be stopping by again to try the rest of their menu. And it's closer to me than Moody Street places and has more vegetarian options. Loved the rolls in particular. But the true highlight for me was the Viet Latte! So good! I'm already planning on going quite often for my daily coffee lol!
