Dishonest Staff, Irresponsible Owner

I have gone to this Subway a couple times without issue. The last two times I went, I was trying to redeem coupons offered by my mobile carrier, Tmobile, and the manager on site decided to play games with me. The last time I went, the manager Mahi gave me trouble, saying that the offer was valid only at certain participating locations and that this particular store was not one of them. I politely told him I had redeemed a Tmobile offer at the store before and he said they were no longer accepting it. I went back to my office and decided to call Tmobile who told me to call Subway customer service who told me to speak to the specific store or the owner of that store. I called the store itself just for kicks and was on the phone with the same Mahi and I told him I was interested in coming into the store to redeem an offer from Tmobile if they were honoring it. He paused for a moment, thinking, and then said yes! I then proceeded to call the owner of the store who confirmed her franchise locations were partnered with Tmobile and honored the coupons. She said she would get the whole story from her employees and call me back but no surprise, I never received a call back. I'm sure this happens at most franchises where they sign up to partner with other companies who offer discounts and rewards to their customers but then they play a charade to make the customer dance around and then tell them they can't redeem the offer. Most people wouldn't think twice but I'm glad I double checked. I will not be going to this Subway again and I urge you to be careful when the manager or owner tells you something because they're probably lying. That's just not how you...

I wish I could honestly give this no stars . THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE subway experience I’ve EVER had . We walked in and one Indian jerk ( worker ) said to the other Indian jerk ( worker ) with a chuckle “ haha large crowd “ . We were rushed , we ordered our sandwich to our liking and during the WHOLE process they spoke about us in their language , laughing at us . When we were finally finished ordering the worker let out a sigh of relief because we were finally done ordering ( only ordered 3 subs with minimal toppings ) . We felt like a bother to them . I went In to order for me and my boyfriend told them I wanted a sandwich that they had a menu and a ham and cheese. One of the workers looked at me like I had six heads so I repeated the sub I wanted and pointed to the sub I wanted. After he toasted it asked me what I wanted on it I said how ever the sub comes and again looked at me like I had six heads. Didn’t look at all like he knew what he was doing.
