I have given this starbucks a chance at least 4 times and each time I regret it so I don't even know why I gave it a shot again. Don't get me wrong I love starbucks coffee quite a bit and am a regular customer at one of their locations close by to my house. I always get a bit scared when it comes to trying different places so I never judge at the first try or apparently the second. However this time I just felt angry over the terrible customer service not to mention the terrible smoothie I had ordered for the second time in hopes of it being different. My strawberry banana smoothie was more like a banana smoothie. It was terrible and I have ordered plenty of Strawberry banana smoothie in my lifetime from starbucks and never have I ever tasted just banana. Summing up all four experiences: 1- Can't make beverages 2- Customer service sucks 3- They sure don't know how to tidy up 4- They seem all morbid and depressed. Clearly they hate their job

   Read moreNormally have a great experience, but today was a different story. I ordered the new frozen tropical energy drinks. In the drink there is supposed to be strawberry purĂ©e but when I got in I noticed the drink was like a pale yellow. So I was confused and I asked the worker âis this supposed to have strawberry purĂ©eâ he replied âyou order the energy drink right?â I said yes and he then said no its not supposed to. He then went to the register to check and a girl worker came up to me and said yeah the frozen one is supposed to have strawberry purĂ©e. He then comes back takes a new cup dumps the purĂ©e and then my old drink, it splashes all over the sides of the cup and he hands it to me, i took it and cleaned the cup myself. While he was doing that he was saying they never were taught how to make the drink. Starbucks needs to show employees how to make new drinks to avoid this. I felt really uncomfortable and he seemed really agitated at me to remake the drink. I donât think its his fault. At the same time he could have done it a little...
   Read moreAh, the first Waltham Starbucks. The pros of this place are location. It's very close to the highway entrance and my home. Generally, the lines aren't terrible and you can use the order ahead feature of the app, which is awesome. The cons of this place are very, very inconsistent service. I rarely have my order messed up at a Starbucks, we're talking 1% - but at this place is probably more like 15%. Sometimes the barista crew is super talkative and happy and sometimes they don't even want to acknowledge you. I get it, sometimes you're having a bad day. But the swings experienced here are not typical. Other facts about Waltham Starbucks #1: Not a heck of a lot of seating, bathroom is generally very clean, parking lot is not the greatest... not so much that it fills up, but pulling out of it against the flow of traffic is impossible on one side as it's a divided street and it's across two lanes on the other side, so not easy. My tips: order ahead and plan your route so you don't have to cross over...
