Meatloaf wasn't the best . Service was definitely top notch. Wow!! Princess Holly at the restaurant did not allow me to leave the restaurant paying for my meal that I didn't liked. I had meatloaf mashed taters and corn . Ate like 3 bites do Taters, all my corn and three bites of the meatloaf. She asked me did you not like the meatloaf? I said honestly it taste li shoe leather. Loved the corn and taters but the meatloaf was not meant to be consumed by humans. She laugh and walked away, after a few minutes I asked for my check, my waitress was easing around telling me I can't have you pay for a meal that you didn't eat or like at that. So a min or so later she came back she told me the manager said dinner was in the house. So. I couldn't allow her to do what she don't and serve my dinner in a prompt fashion and not get tipped. I haven’t been there for a couple of months and i had a craving for their taco salad that was always so good. I was very disappointed with their new menu. All of my favorite foods like the taco salad, spaghetti, mushrooms swiss burger, and the fish sandwich are no longer on the menu and my parents favorite foods are no longer on the menu. Even the breakfast menu sucked so i settled for a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The menu on the website is an old menu. There is very little choices on the new menu and the buffet is now up to $19. I don’t know what the owners were thinking when they changed the menu but they are only hurting their business! there was not very many people there to eat. We had been going to the Hub room for 6 yrs. The waitresses we're awesome, the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was great. For some reason, starting last fall the waitresses especially one started to be very rude to us. This waitress had a lot of hold on the other waitresses. Then they didn't want to wait on us , and when they did they were rude . We didn't go back for a month. We went back the Friday before the tornado. Same rudeness that day too. It was closed down for 2 months. We went back a few weeks ago and the waitresses still didn't want to wait on us. They took other customers that came later , their order first.
