Speed of service is not the issue here. Receiving your correct order is the issue. I've worked fast food, so I've tried to be understanding, but when your order is wrong literally every single time, it's hard to give them the benefit of the doubt anymore. I used to go through Taco Bell all the time when I got off work at Pizza Hut because that was pretty much all that was still open. I almost never had any problems then, so I don't know if they hired a bunch of people who can't read the order tickets, or if management changed, or if they just stopped trying. I've already cut down on Taco Bell quite a bit because I never get what I order. I guess I'm done for good. I don't feel like spending my hard earned money on food that's going to end up in the trash when I get home and realize it's all made wrong. I try to check as much as I can while I'm still at the window or still in the parking lot, but when I'm ordering food for multiple people, I have lots of items to check so I don't always catch them all. Read moreWe went inside to order carry-out, in the middle of ordering they let us know that we could not dine in but we could wait for our orders. We were completely fine with this as it was late. We had 4 separate orders, after we received 2 of the 4 orders we were yelled and clapped at to leave or the cops would be called and we would be charged for trespassing. I let them know we were still waiting on our orders which they had told us was fine before we bothered ordering. We sent the 2 people that got their orders outside and continued to wait. As my order was ready the lady carrying it “fell” and threw the bag with our food in it on the floor. Someone tried to help her but they did not offer to remake the floor food. We got our food and left. We were disappointed with our experience, if they hadn’t told us we could order and wait for our food we would’ve left. You don’t even know if people are working there when you order from the kiosk Claire’s day with the order is they can’t even get that right they make duplicates of the same stuff that’s supposed to not have certain ingredients, but you get the ingredients anyways You get nacho cheese cups for the chips and cheese and barely even full. You have to go ask for more cheese in the cup then you have somebody in the drive-through that loses their wallet on the ground and then you have the manager whoever’s in charge running around outside asking people if this is their wallet instead of waiting for somebody to come back to claim it and prove they are they’re just willing to give the wallet away to anybody that says yeah that’s mine.
