Dunkin’ — Restaurant in Wapakoneta

An absolute joke of a donut shop! I watched a truck pull up to the speaker with noone infront of them and listened out my window as it took 10 minutes for them to even take thier order! Two people behind me drove off out of line! When I got to the speaker the young girl didn't even want to hear what I had to order and she kept speaking over me! I ordered 6 donuts and she kept saying four?! Four? Four!? I said stop! Just... listen stop and listen to me.... 6 donuts... then I get to the window and pay... this is where it gets really upsetting... I watch as one of the male workers drops off two boxes... the girl walked off into the back and talked for 15 minutes as order after order piled up then she took the two boxes and opened the window and handed them to me... what took her 15 minutes could have been me paying and just being handed the boxes! Either train these kids to not socialize or replace them! There's nothing wrong with enjoying work but never at the expense of the customers! I NEVER acted this way back in my days...

Absolutely horrible service went there to grab a quick bit before heading out for holiday travel, employee were rude when pulling up to the drive thru speaker order a donut and then a sandwich employee tells me there oven is down and that they close in 10 mins which I completely understand so got the 1 idem pulled up to the window to pay and the second employee that was in the back loudly said the oven was dirty and there was a burn aroma coming from it aswell, employee at the window process to say well I'm not cleaning it and laughs.. so I just hand my card while my child in the back seat says I smell it from here, i was blind to the smell till i got the bag for her dount and drove off it smelles my whole car up and i sincerely hope they disinfect that kitchen rather leaving it for someone else to deal with that mess this is the 3rd chance i have givin and wont be returning to this location... Lima a better option for better service and food and coffee that's...

"America Runs on Dunkin'" .....how? Everytime I try to visit this location, the wait times are horrendous, they barely have anything in stock, and the service is horrible. After waiting 15 minutes at the counter I was finally waited on. During my wait time I heard the drive thru employee tell a customer they didn't have what they ordered, but they'd be happy to replace it with something else....and he continued to tell them 5 more times they didn't have what she was asking for. Finally when I was waited on, I was asked why I didn't use the kiosk. Well, crazy enough the only options on the kiosk are what they were out of. Nothing they had in the case was available on the kiosk. Makes it kind of hard to order. I tried adding drinks to my order, just to be told I would have to order those on the kiosk to be made in order of everyone. No thanks. I'm not doing 2 separate orders. Your new slogan should be: "America, run away from Dunkin'". Will not visit again even if...
