I have been trying to give this store the benefit of the doubt since the pandemic.
However, it should never take over 10 minutes to make a SINGLE iced coffee. I placed an “on the go” order before I left my house for a large iced coffee. Takes me about ten minutes to get to the store. I walk in, no in greets me and I stand around for over a minute searching for someone to ask about a coffee I placed TEN minutes ago. I was handed the coffee with a “here you go” and no apology.
Isn’t the POINT of the “on the go” order that I won’t have to wait when I get there? Poor customer service all around, whenever I go there. The drive thru is a mess and most of the employees are impolite and act like they have somewhere else to be. Often having side conversations while conducting my transaction through the drive through.
Again, I’ve tried this place for over a year. I work in customer service and have been for over 10 years. This isn’t acceptable for a location that isn’t relatively that busy.
The Dunkin off of 93 in Quincy has a line down the street every morning and they are the nicest and fastest team around. I know this isn’t an easy job but there’s a line between being actually busy and slow and plain...
Read moreI just loved coming to this Donut Shop. I couldn't for sometime after losing my husband. I'm used to being alone living in Solitude. It seemed to all come to an end with the kind of customers going there. A woman approached me sat down at my table without asking me first. She gave me a long story about how sick she was, homeless, asking me for money, wanting a ride home. She said that she didn't have anyone until her daughter walked in with her granddaughter. Suddenly she had money. I almost went for the manager because I had to leave. She said that she didn't have a phone and needed to make an urgent call. Everybody learns at different speeds and dunks is a great place to start. I understand the situation from many point of views, low staffing, it was early low volume area so only needs two employees on..
