Bojangles — Restaurant in Warner Robins

I've been going to this location for a while now and I'm noticing bad patterns that need to be addressed. First, the staff is friendly but extremely unprofessional. We waited at least two minutes in the drive-thru before anyone even noticed we were there, but we could hear the staff laughing and playing around over the intercom. At other times, the staff can be seen and heard goofing off, which slows down service. They are more interested in joking than greeting the customer and meeting the customer's needs.I understand wanting to make your work environment fun, but not at the expense of good customer service and professionalism. The second issue is that this location is often out of chicken. In the course of one month, we visited this location four times (we go once a week) and three of those times they were out of the chicken used for chicken biscuits. The third issue is the wait time. If we order southern chicken biscuits, we almost always have to wait up to ten minutes (sometimes longer). They hardly ever have any southern chicken ready-to-go and tell us we have to wait for them to cook it. I can see this happening once in a while but not routinely, especially during breakfast hours. Lastly, since the staff goofs off, they often get our order incorrect and we have to drive back around the drive thru or go inside to rectify. I really hated to leave this review but, as stated, this appears to be patterned behavior of the morning staff and I'd like to see this...

1-27-25….1:15p.i ordered a 2 piece chicken dinner with 2 legs(I asked if I could get a leg in place of a thigh..they said yes)cole slaw, potato rounds, large diet Pepsi and the blueberry cobbler. It was 15$ and they told me to drive up and they would bring it out. 15 minutes later the lady brings my order out…no drink. I said wheres drink. She said I forgot it ill be back. She returned in a few minutes and I asked wheres my fork. She said I'll be back. She returned. I pulled off and parked to eat as I live in North Macon and couldn't wait an hour to eat. No napkin, a thigh instead of a leg(I hate thighs) leg was hot but very greasy(dripping out of meat when I bit it), cole slaw was meh, biscuit was just ok, potatoes were barely warm, diet Pepsi was great and the blueberry cobblerwas ok but the cobbler portion was a biscuit. 15$ plus some change? Too much $$ for what I had. I was disappointed to say the least. I wished I had stuck to my original plan and stopped at KFC in N Macon and got a chicken pot...

Me and my husband are from out of town, and aren’t familiar with the menu. We went through the drive thru around 10am and asked if they were serving lunch yet because they only had up the breakfast menu, and they said yes. So, because they only had the breakfast menu up on display we had to look up the lunch menu online. Couple minutes go by while we’re looking at the menu, and the woman asks us if we’re ready to order yet, and we respond with “not yet, we’re looking at the menu right now”. She then proceeds to let out the biggest sigh over the intercom when we told her we weren’t ready yet. It wasn’t busy during that time and, there were no cars behind us waiting. The attitude towards us wasn’t necessary. She could’ve given us some meal recommendations, or just been a little more patient with us. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind. You...
