If it were an option to NO stars I would choose that one!! We ordered a 3$ bundle and a large fry for my special needs son.. when we got to the window the young lady at the window was very nice but was handed the wrong order which was a happy meal.. she handed it to us and my Husband said this isn’t our order, my special needs son saw the box and immediately wanted the happy meal and if you have an special needs child you’d understand my frustration on keeping them calm!! (Which isn’t what we ordered) since we already had the order in hand my husband asked could we simply keep the happy meal box (no insides) and just put the 3$ bundle in it since he (my son) saw it and was loading up for a fit.. the manager zariah.. zacarah i don’t even know her name exactly because it was called while the window was being closed in our faces, she WOULDN’T come to the window and told the cashier to say flat out NO! And took the box back from our car into the window (also I’ve worked in fast food so i know that that’s against health standards but I’ll continue) and I’m sure she simply threw it away!! Since the happy meal box was handed to us we simply just wanted our order in the box because it started problem with our special needs son!! The experience was very frustrating for my son my husband and I because I’ve had other McDonalds simply place the order in the box!! it’s a happy meal Box (NO FOOD NO TOY) just the box not a super sized meal.. and we were refused it and LEFT at the window!!! I had no idea this establishment was this cold hearted and insensitive to the special needs community and it’s a flat out shame!! If she would’ve came to the window we could’ve at least PAID for the flimsy box but we were ignored!!!!! And to top it off the food was cold!! Horrible experience!! And I especially do not recommend if you have special needs or disabilities!! No sympathy and it was THEIR error and no will to fix it!!!! Disheartening because it’s his favorite...
Read moreI've been to this location several times. First, they refuse to greet you upon standing at the register for over 5 minutes. When The manager (I am only guessing it's the manager) peaks her head around the corner and yells at you (or in this instance, me.) She simply screams to "use the kiosk, we don't have cashier's." That was my experience last week. Today I went through the drive through, a little after 10 AM, maybe 10:10, I have the receipt in my car. I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin, I also happened to have the same order the previous day and it came out with scrambled eggs on it. I was driving to work and didn't realize it until I got to work... bummer, I was craving a poached style egg on a buttered English muffin. So this morning I tried again. I ordered a sausage McMuffin and paid, in the drive through thinking that there's no way they can screw it up 2 days in a row. I received my food at an extra window that they had me drive to maybe 4 minutes later. When I pulled through I glanced at the sandwich and once again it was scrambled eggs. I parked, went inside and inquired to the person at the register. I was told that"we are out of poached eggs and substituted." First off, scrambled, poached, boiled, fried... It all comes from the same egg. Second, I wasn't offered a refund or anything so I politely took my self out, tried to eat something I hate. The bottom line is to not substitute an ordering, paying customers food for something different. Do you give someone a chicken breast with Bones in it because you are too worried about what your bottom line looks like to corporate when you run out of nuggets? How would you like it if you ordered a platter from Waffle house with 3 eggs over easy with white toast and they gave you boiled eggs with whole wheat? You all, all these corporate restaurants are forgetting about customer service and embracing corporate greed. Does that look like an sausage, egg...
Read moreThe layout of the Russel Blvd McDonalds is very bad. It has one narrow entrace into it and you must exit to the back into a shopping center. You enter into two drive in lanes as soon as you get out of the narrow entrance. Then after ordering in one of the two lanes they merge as you drive forward to pay and pick up your order. To leave you keep circling and cross one drive in lane and use the right side drive in lane to get back to the exit to the shopping center. the back. There is not enough room for three lanes to the rear so you wait in the order lane to leave the property after you pick up your order. On my last visit they let a twenty or thirty foot truck park next to the building facing the drive in cars. This completely shut down one of the two ordering lanes. So naturally the line backs up so that even the car in the narrow entrance is in line and cars wanting to enter behind him must just go on past without entry. But worse, the lane now cannot be crossed by the cars who want to leave. The cars in the one remains drive in order lane are solid and moving very very slow. Why slow? Because those with orders picked up cannot move across that lane so more orders can be picked up. Eventually a couple of cars gave up being on the line to order and left which gave me my only chance to exit. . I. showed the driver of the car in the entrance that I already had my order and he opened up to let me into the one remaining order lane. My departure allowed another order to be picked up and another order to be taken. We then moved one more car length towards the back. Another car in the lane gave up and this time I had barely enough room to get around the order lane car ahead of me to get to the exit. I felt like I was released from a trap which is accurate.
Never, never, never will I again go onto that lot in my car. If I really really want something there, I will park nearby in the parking lot and walk...
