Read moreI pulled through the drive-thru at 8:50 p.m. to order they don't close until 9:00 p.m. and the girl working the window told me they were closed and less I was there to do an order pickup. I called up there and spoke to the manager and he tells me that she was supposed to tell me that they only had chicken strips and fries available because they were about to close that is not the message that was relayed to me and I was unable to order even though there was still 10 minutes until they closed I will not return to this store location
UPDATE I decided to give this location another chance because it was late when I went so this evening I ordered a chicken sandwich with pickles fries and a drink The chicken tasted like it have been cooked in old grease and the pickles were missing and it tasted so bad that it was literally inedible My french fries were cold and very old so I called and spoke to the general manager who then argued with me and told me that she just changed her grease out and gave me a very hard time about calling in the first place so she told me she would let me talk to the AGM but he would in fact agree with her so it was useless for me to call him I then told her that if I was unable to reach the gym then I would just leave a bad review and she laughed at me and said woohoo go ahead this is the most unprofessional fast food restaurant I believe I've ever been to and the GM acts like a child and should not be running the store and if her AGM agrees with everything that she says then it's practically useless to address anything that's wrong because you'll get nowhere with it I do not recommend this Zaxby's location at all beat here at your own risk. Read moreTo start with I ordered through the mobile app. Then when I got to the drive thru like I always do, he said it’s read inside. This was the NE Expressway location and there is a curb on either side so there is no way to get out of line and go inside.
Then when it was finally my turn he wouldn’t open the window at first because he was on his phone. Then when he did he did drive around and come inside and get it.
We did come inside and my mom couldn’t find the order and the some drive thru guy looked at her and turned his back and went back to his phone. The guy in the kitchen finally said have you been helped and he turned around.
When she brought the food to the car I said where are the drinks. No drinks. So I went back inside and drive thru guy was back to the counter and on his phone. Kitchen guy finally noticed me and said have you been helped and he turned around. I told him about the drinks and he had to confirm my order in the computer and it took him several minutes to find it make two drinks…we ordered three. When I told him he missed one, he said which one, told him and he rolled his eyes and got it. All of this took over 10 mins.
By this point our food is cold but I just wanted to leave. He had our order labeled as DoorDash so I think he thought he wasn’t talking to customer. However you should NEVER treat anyone as badly as he did.
