Panatieri's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Warren Township

I am leaving only one star as I believe you have to on here and the food is very good. I have gone to several Panatieri locations but after tonight, the Warren location I can say is only good for pizza to go.

We were a party of eight and sat down in the dinning room and there was only one other table seated, we put in our order and after waiting longer then one should, they bring out half the orders and the other half which were a Stromboli, two slices of pizza (all of this was already available on the pizza side) and an anti pasta salad came out ten minutes after the hot dishes were served. No apologizes or we're sorry, nothing. We also asked for bread while waiting and the tables they were just seated got a basket but we got nothing after two requests.

Fast forward to the bill, that was the quickest thing to appear at our table. When the waiter brought it back for it to be signed, he so graciously tossed it, (yes, tossed it) to the middle of the table, rather than placing it in front of me as he did when he brought it over the first time.

Not the manager or waiter mentioned taking anything off the bill after all the complaining we did on why a slice of pizza or a cold salad shows up ten minutes after a chicken parm dish.

What a disgrace and I will gladly bring my business to any of the other locations...

Highly disappointed in not only the food but your service. My company ordered over $230.00 in food threw SLICE today 4/19/23 for lunch- our food came in and most sauces were missing- cheese steaks over salted, shrimp & chicken Cesar salads were MISSING chicken - raw shrimp the list goes on. I made the MISTAKE of calling the restaurant in WARREN directly to only get attitude from a gentleman named ESTEBAN who told me it WASN'T their fault that I needs to go through SLICE and they would issue me a refund. I would also like to mention that ESTEBAN couldn't BE BOTHERED by how unhappy we were and was annoyed I had even reached out.. if this is who you have assigned to be the manager there god bless this business because this young man couldn't CARE LESS. I went through SLICE who was ANOTHER joke and refunded $7.98 for the "chicken" and asked me to reach back out to the location about the problem, however I won't be calling Estaban about this since he obviously couldn't be bothered in...

Their Pizza was the best Pizza I ever had in my life !!!!!! From the crust to the pepperoni and cheese it was the best pizza crust I ever had! The sauce was flavorful and beyond delicious 🤪 and real mozzarella cheese 🧀!! My taste buds Sure enjoyed every bite of their pepperoni 🍕 pizza ! It very far from where I live but I would do it over and over again if I could !!! I kept mmm.. mmm… mmmmm… through ever bit! I’m not sure how else to explain how much I enjoyed their pizza 🍕 I was a lil shocked it was almost $4 but it was worth every bit of my money for one slice! I spent almost $7 with one slice and a Gatorade… it was beyond worth every cent ! I have to go...
