Happy's Pizza — Restaurant in Warren

The worst happy location I have ever been at.. been going to 16/ mound.. but they were closed for pick up.. did online order for Med All Meat pizza, 1lb of happy wings and 10 pieces of shrimps.. when I got in after I ordered on line for about 15 minutes... they said a wait..ok fine..I waited.. while i wait..I watched them put orders on shelves..ok.. young lady at counter after about 10 minutes of waiting states..I have about 2 more minutes.. so therefore we wait...I watched again while they put more orders on shelves.. then a gentlemen puts my order together.. which been sitting there for about 10 minutes.. then tells me my order..I take it home.. just to find my order wrong and cold..I call to tell them.. they put me on hold them hung up on me 2X! Then I call back..NO ONE ANSWERS.. very unprofessional people.. NEVER AGAIN..BIG MISTAKE ON GOING HERE..if I can mark them with no star..I...

Would have given them a 5 star rating until what just happened. As an Uber customer, there's different promotions available at certain stores/restaurants. If u guys don't want to take part in their half off promos, si ply OPT OUT!! Much better than taking it out in the customer food like u just did me. Just made the exact same order as a few days ago. This time, I had the 50% off Uber eats promo. Pizza came with a thin, soggy crust and the stuffed bread did not have the ham I ordered inside. this used to be my favorite pizza place until u showed me the greedy side. Let's see if shorting a customer cause of a half off promo YOU TOOK PART IN is worth the hundreds of dollars u will miss out on from my wallet cause I can easily order from hungry Howie's or the other Happy's pizza that's actually...

HORRIBLE FOOD AN DELIVERY! Took over an hour to here food was COLD wasted 75$ on complete GARBAGE!! Ribs full of fat no meat to eat, fries ice cold, stuffed cheese bread had barley any cheese in it also ice cold ordered a salad had tops of the onion in it that should of went in the trash didn’t even cut the lettuce big chunks of it, and to top it off didn’t even give me the dressing I ordered with it! When I called to tell them they told me sorry I don’t know what to tell you do you want a few dollars off your next order I said there will be no next order he said okay you don’t want to order from us an hung up!
