Never heard of this place but we wanted a new couch for cheap and weren’t finding anything not gross on facebook or thrift stores so headed to Cort Furniture in Warren on a whim. When we walked in it looked too nice and I figured everything would be more than we wanted to pay. I just don’t care that much about nice furniture as long as it’s kinda cool and pretty comfy. The employee, Haley P, who helped us was immediately welcoming but not pushy at all so we decided to check it out. Right away we found the prices to be way more affordable than expected by the quality of the pieces so we gave every single couch a butt test. Eventually we made our way, couch by couch, to the back clearance area. We spotted a cute yellow couch and the instant we planted ourselves we knew it was the one. Better yet it was only $100 and, for another $100, will be delivered in two days!!! Everything about this experience was amazing and so we’ll highly recommend Cort to anyone looking for clean, great quality used furniture. Oh my goodness! Best service ever, not to mention the prices are so reasonable, no sticker-shock at all. I love that. It started with online communication. My inquiries were acknowledged and responded to quickly. Once I arrived to the store I was greeted with a nice and friendly representative by the name of Dynasti. She helped to make the transaction smooth, easy and quick. That was exactly what I needed being that I was anxiously pressed for time. She even made sure that my purchased items were ready for pickup, as she stated, and she made sure that we were able to get everything situated on our truck for transport.
