I had placed an order online, order online went well. It was for a graduation party Aug. 2019, was to be delivered...over $300 worth of food. Store was 29176 Van Dyke, Warren, MI.
Over an hour late food had not arrived. I called and was told they were on their way, mind you I'm 5min from the store. 30min passes still no food, I called back again. This time someone else answered, said this order was for pick up, clearly it wasn't as I was looking at the printed receipt. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said she was the mgr. She flippantly brushed me off and said there was nothing else that could be done. So I had to leave my house with all the guests waiting. When I got back to the house about 10 min later, pulling the trays out....the dressing was just thrown all over, the individual wraps were not put together and with no paper around any of them. The lettuce and meat was half hazard falling out of all of the sandwiches. The cookies were not on a tray but thrown into a container all mixed up. Absolutely horrendous and embarrassing to my guests.
This was the worst service, presentation and taste in food I have ever ordered. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this location. I should've read the previous reviews. Corporate should shut this place down. No refund or...

My daughter shows her the email confirmation that it was ordered and already paid. The worker still wouldn’t make our subs and says we have to call our credit card to get our money back.
