Tizzy K's Cereal Ice Cream — Restaurant in Warren

This place used to be so good! It’s 9 dollars for one cup of ice cream, which is absolutely insane and the Warren location is barely as open as Providence. I live near there and the fire alarm is constantly going off. The tables are also disgusting, there was moldy ice cream all over them! If you’re gonna get ice cream go somewhere else where you don’t have to spend 9 dollars for one cup of ice cream. The price last summer used to be 4-6 dollars! The ice cream cups are also so small and it’s hard to not get ice cream all over your hands. But I do have a question, why is it so expensive for such a small portion...

My family has visited the Providence location a few times and always had a great experience, so we were pumped that a location was opening in the East Bay. The grand opening didn't disappoint.
