Arby's — Restaurant in Warrensburg

I cannot say all my experience at Arby's wasn't all that bad, until today 👎🏽 I usually go to Arby's every other day to get a slider & some fries. But this particular day, I got off from work early wanting to eat some Arby's fries b'4 I head home cuz they are my favorite! But 50% of the time when I go, I get cold fries. So I thought I would ask the employee for some hot crinkle fries. At this point, I wouldn't mind the wait. Well that turned out to be the biggest mistake ever. I didn't think me asking for some hot fries was going to be a problem & upset the employee that had to do something while he was at work. I didn't get his name but he was working the drive-thru window today. Oh man the way he had the nasty of attitude & was very unprofessional. So when I finally got to the drive-thru window, he told me what I owe. I handed him the money & he snatched the money out from my hand & "I said why the attitude, why did u take the money like u did? He proceeded to roll his eyes at me & told me he doesn't have one. All I got to say to u is, "if u cannot do ur job of pleasing the customer, then u need to find you another career, because customer service is not ur thing". I loved this place! But it's sad to say that you'll have lost my family & I business, I hate for anybody to lose their job, but I won't be back to this located if he's is going to be able to continue to be working...

Went for the first time not too long ago and I’ll never return. Been to Arby’s plenty of times in different states and never understood why it gets so much hate on social media until I came here. We ordered a few different meals and waited a short amount of time before they came with our food and were a bit excited since normally when you wait a while at fast food places it all comes out fresh but this was the exact opposite. Cold food for all of us. Sadness and despair clutched as again and we were disappointed beyond belief. Are night reduced to another tear filled precipice of hopelessness when all we needed...

I LOVE Arby's! That being said, I overheard the workers saying they had never seen it so busy. It was Sunday, after church. There were two other tables with costumers besides us (total 8 persons) in the small dining area that only sat 8 tables in the whole space. All of the tables were dirty. Nothing serious, but an inconvenience, nonetheless. The bathroom needed attention. Apparently, they have routinely had trouble with it, and service persons couldn't figure out what was wrong.
