They don't care about their catering customers. Food was good but I would suggestion them for delivery or catering! I ordered on-line and even called to confirm my order to make sure the order was delivered in the correct spot of the building and I gave a contact person since I wasn't the one to receive it that day. On the day of delivery, not only did they contact me and not the person I asked them to contact but they also delivered to the wrong part of the building. When I called to first try to contact the delivery driver and to ask how we could make sure it didn't happen the future ,the mangers only response was the food right then whats the problem. I informed him that the food wasn't delivered to the correct part of building (it was a closed area that we weren't suppose to be in) and I wanted to know why. He said that maybe next time you should call and confirm , I said I did and went over everything with the man who answered the phone. He said did you do it today, I said no a day or two ago , he told me that you need to do it right before delivery. I told him I put in my notes when I ordered as well, he said we don't even look at the notes He says is that all, I said yes, he said good-bye. Everywhere I could find said that they were open until 11:00 PM (Google, Yelp, Facebook, even their website). We drove up, she got out... and the doors were locked. I went and double checked everything because their lights were still on and they turned the lights off in front of us. We saw the employees that were in there just milling around, talking and cleaning. What I can only assume happened is that they locked the front doors to deter customers so that they could get out of there as soon as 11 hit. There were at least 2 other cars that pulled up while we were there double checking and tried the doors and left after finding them locked. We were about to leave when we saw an employee walk through the side door so we went in the side way. Every single one of the staff members gave us dirty looks as we walked in and they didn't come over and get her order for a few minutes so we were left standing there. She ended up finally getting a sandwich but said that this whole thing just left a really bad taste in her mouth when it came to Jimmy John's. We were missing everything else that was supposed to be included (a second sandwich, two bags of chips, two cookies, and two pickles). When my spouse brought this to the attention of the delivery driver, he said he would go back and bring us the rest. Fast forward an hour, and we still don't have the food. We call up to Jimmy John's and they apologize, saying they'll remake it and send it out. Forty minutes later and still nothing. At this point, we are frustrated and want a refund. We call this location once again, and the person who answered started to argue with my spouse saying their records indicate the driver has come by twice and they can't "keep bringing us free sandwiches."
