One of the most unprofessional stores I’ve ever visited. Every time I’m there, there’s a ridiculously long wait no matter if I’m the only customer there or not. While I’m waiting no one seems to care that there’s a customer in the store. Employees gossiping and cursing while no one is preparing my food. This happens on a constant basis, but I’ve been putting up with it because it’s so close to my job. Well today was the last straw. Today I happened to have pick up order so as I’m pulling in I noticed a sign on the door. I pull up to the door to read the sign, parked alongside the store near the door, not blocking anyone or anything, turned on my hazards and entered the store. When I walked in the was an employee in the dining room freaking a mild at a table, I heard two employees talking to each other using foul language. I get that I was the only customer there, but when it’s every time you come in whether it’s busy or not that’s a direct reflection on the manager. So as I’m walking in I see the manager and tell her I have a pick up order. As I’m talking to the manager an employee yells “THAT AINT NO PARKING SPOT”. The manager then tells me to move my car and refusesc to give me the order. Remember, I’m the only customer on the property, and they had no orders because all the employees were in the front talking to each other relaxing. My order was ready, but the manager refused to give me my order because of where I parked. I think she might of been on a power trip because she has no authority over her employees.
UPDATE this happened on 12-30-21 early afternoon. I tried to leave a review the moment it happened but I couldn’t because their reviews were turned off. Probably because they didn’t want anymore...
Read moreIt’s not just this Dunkin’… it’s almost every one I’ve visited now days that has been really upsetting. I rarely complain but when you pay your money your are supposed to be satisfied right? This particular location sent my disappointment through the roof. I ordered a large signature butter pecan latte iced. I cannot lie, it was the worst tasting strongest coffee ever. No evidence of butter pecan. I went back into the drive through and instead ordered a medium caramel craze iced latte. I made them aware of my experience with the previous coffee and asked for extra caramel in the coffee to make it sweeter. I tasted the second coffee before pulling off and it too tasted just like rat poisoning. Of course I informed them that there was no way there was caramel in the coffee and I know because I literally drink them almost everyday and that one taste no where near similar. I was then told they gave me the wrong coffee. They then gave me another iced drink which was all white. Seemed like it didn’t contain anything but creamer. Tasted just like breast milk. As angry as I was, I still paid for both coffees each time just to in return be completely dissatisfied. To top things off, the guy in the window decides to tell me that my coffees were fine and coffee just isn’t for everyone. I refuse to go back...
Read moreEDIT: I just changed my rating of this location from 1 star to 5 stars. My original negative review is below, but I’m happy to say that this location has made a turn for the better. They clearly changed management, which is FANTASTIC. I visited a couple of times this week and was blown away at the service I received. They clearly care about their customers, something I couldn’t say about the previous management. I don’t mind if every once in a while the food isn’t the best or if the drive thru takes forever, as long as I can tell the workers are working hard and care about providing good service. Previously the workers would yell at customers while they sit there on their phones. Now, the service is nice, patient, and polite. I’m so happy that they changed management, I hope they keep it up.
ORIGINAL NEGATIVE REVIEW: This has to be the worst fast food place in existence. Avoid at all costs. The employees treat you like garbage, acting inconvenienced that you ask them to do their job. I literally got yelled at for asking for cream in my coffee. And they will 100% give you the wrong order, every time.
