Poor customer service. I pulled into the side drive through to place my order. There were no cars in the parking lot, besides the delivery vehicle. I ordered one sandwich with no mayo and another with the tomato and lettuce on the side. First, the young man stated that they didn’t have anything to put the tomato and lettuce in. I asked if he could wrap it in paper (like the sandwhich and pickles). He flattly responded no. I decided to take my business elsewhere, but called JJ’s customer service. The rep was not interested in my perception of the type of “service” that I received. She indicated that if the store is slow or busy they can’t accommodate my request to have something placed on the side. To which I responded, that doesn’t make sense. For one, I’ve already paid for said condiments and, secondly, the store was EMPTY. Why not try to accommodate the customer or, at least, indicate that’s not usually something that they do but they will as a one time courtesy. This would have endeared me as a customer rather than turned me off. As I explained to the young lady (customer rep), there are too many other eateries in the area for me to eat at to risk losing business- unless of course, business is booming and they don’t need good customer interactions. I called the store and spoke to the manager who was very rude after trying to defend the wrong wraps that were made. He said "I know I added this because i made them". He then hung up on me after I asked for his name, I called back and spoke to the owner who was again, rude! I advised him there were missing items on the wraps that was paid for and his manager hung up on me. Of course he backed his manager and said " he told you he is giving you a credit",problem is he never even asked my name. He just Assumed I was the person who placed the order and not the one who paid for the order. Read moreThis was the absolute worst Jimmy Johns experience I've ever had. I walked in with my wife to grab a quick and delicious sandwich and the sullen young man with neck tattoos behind the counter didn't break his blank stare out the window at all. He didn't ask what we wanted. My wife ordered first. He blankly punched in the order. I waited a second to see if he would speak to me at all. He did not, so I ordered. He then slowly put on gloves and started making our sandwiches. At that point the other employee came shuffling down the hall from the bathroom. She was also not in a hurry. At all. It took several minutes for the sandwiches to be made. Not at all freaky fast. When he was done with one he sort of slapped it down on the counter and mumbled something. When my wife asked what he said he rudely said "#11" and went back to it.
