The Customer Service last evening is one of the most awful experiences I have ever had from anyone, ever! It became painfully obvious that there was no Manager available to assist. One of the delivery drivers, David, tried his best but to no avail. David then said, 'Here, you can talk to my Manager' who suddenly came from no where. I asked for his name and he replied, 'I'm not comfortable sharing that information!' When this no named so called manager than stated, 'I'm not sure what you want me to do?' I realized that these must be High School kids with no leadership and zero cares about the Customer.
The App Canceled my order several times even with Pending Transactions from my Payment methods. First time, it appeared that i was double billed, and I called the Warrenton, OR location to confirm. An employee confirmed there was only one order and it'll be on it's way soon. After waiting an hour, I called the store again and spoke to a David, who then informed me that the order had canceled. Frustrated, I placed a new order with the App using a different Bank Card. Same results ... Canceled. I then called the store again, and asked if I could just order over the phone? Using a third different Bank Card, my order was immediately canceled while on the phone. I took many different screen shots showing your broken ordering system.
I am convinced now that your Ordering System doesn't want to sell me a Pizza & Lava Cakes. So I then ordered "Door Dash" using the first (default) Bank Card your App canceled ... Payment went straight through no problem. I'll take my business...

Ordered Buffalo wings and Brooklyn style pizza. The woman that took my order could barely speak English. I later found out she's not even located in the store. Might not even be in the United States.
I was outside in the parking lot. I got a text that said my order would be ready in 8 to 10 minutes. But 26 minutes later, no update. I went inside.
I could see my order was not on the electronic board. When I complained I hadn't gotten an update in nearly half an hour, and they could not find my order, I didn't get an apology. All I got was an excuse, "We don't control that." (meaning taking orders or text updates)
I opened the boxes and did a taste test in the car, immediately.
The wings had no sauce on them at all. Dry, and tasting a bit like stale or expired wheat or stale old cooking oil. But no Buffalo sauce at all. And they were barely warm.
The Brooklyn style pizza was cold. Truly cold. The taste, just like their regular pizza (overly seasoned sauce and cheap cheese) but with a thinner crust. Clearly Dominos hasn't a clue as to what Brooklyn pizza tastes like.
I was so disgusted I just drove away and later threw out everything. I was so annoyed I didn't want to even go back inside and get a refund. That's how disgusted I was. I didn't want to deal with Dominos again, for any reason.
I hadn't had anything from Dominos since before the pandemic. I don't expect to ever go back again unless I'm getting something for someone else. It was beyond...
Read moreAfter a disaster of a pizza order a year ago( Horrible soggy undercooked pizza that I couldn't even eat) I vowed never to order again. Today my favorite pizza place was closed and after a very long day at work I was starving and decided to try again. I placed my order online. Pizza came in good time. But by the time I carried it in and looked, the order was wrong and the driver had left. I called the store and told them it was missing the extra toppings and she asked if I would like a replacement pizza. I said yes, as I had paid for extras and I'd like the right order.( Order was for 1 Medium ultimate pepperoni with olives and mushrooms total of $19.99) She said ok and that they'd have a new pizza out. It's now 2 and a half hours later and no pizza has arrived. I've tried calling multiple times and the first 3 times the call was picked up and then hung up on. The next two times, suddenly they're having "technical difficulties" with their phone. Wow what luck. I will never order from this Domino's again, EDIT: I bumped up one star because at 9:15 PM the store called & left a message asking if I " still wanted that pizza, or a credit." I raised it by one star just because they made an attempt to make things right in a way. I mean here it is 9:30 at night, No Im sorry, don't want the pizza, and not interested in a credit either as I won't order again...
