So itās not everyday I feel like I need to review a Panera (we all know and love this place for many years now) but when 3 different people go above and beyond, itās absolutely necessary to shout them out!! First off thank you Marissa who took our order was absolutely a pleasant greeter. I was with my grandmother who was wanting to pay for lunch and a bit slow in fumbling through her wallet for money and Marissa was incredibly patient and kind even wishing us a very happy Easter as we were finished! Then my son who is only 2 started having a fit because he wanted to touch everything and pulled all the sugar packets down from the drink bar (please forgive us) but he really was upset when we wouldnāt let him continue this behavior and want to Thank a very nice associate brought over some stickers to our table for him and said hope this helps and it totally distracted him long enough for us to grab our food! Again a very nice man who was kind and friendly when passing our food and told me to take my time when making multiple trips for all our food. Just all left a happy and very good impression on my family and I! Absolutely appreciate the service of your team! Great all around!...

No one asked or seem concerned about me standing in front of the pick up for 15mins. I finally asked the person who appeared to be the manager about my order. I thankfully had a copy of my order that was sent to my email because it appeared they never received it. I was not upset about that, because it was not the people at the store fault. The manager did not talk to me again for another 30 mins. When she finally did, she stated my order did not come through and it would just be a little longer. I waited for another 20 mins before it was completed. I was never offered any thing to drink for waiting a total of 50 mins past my ready time. Nor did the manager or the other employee offer to carry my $200 dollar order. The customer services was terrible. If the manager acted the way she did I can understand why the rest of the store behaved the same way, as she is to set the standard. Will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered online for Rapid pickup, I waited for few minutes, then someone ask how, I, others inline ordered, We said Rapid online, she said that is weird it allowed you to do that because our system is down, I said well it took my $10.25 , then she pulled it up by my name, handed me a bag with broccoli soup no sandwich, so she took it back and said okay what sandwich did you order? I told her the Bacon and grilled cheese, so she said here you go. I got back to my office and NO BACON AND GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH, IT WAS SOME YUCKY CHICKEN. Several people at our office said they stopped going there, because never get orders right. I called to complain and the young lady said oh sorry, Hung up.
