This experience was 5/30/25 at around 6:50pm Upon ordering a Salad meal, which comes with fries I asked if I could have Honey Barbecue sauce. I had a brain lagged moment because I couldn’t figure out what sauce i was trying to say, which should have been honey mustard. Regardless, the male taking my order said it would be a $1 extra. My response was repeating basically what he said in a question like way. Because a dollar for sauce, even though it wasn’t even the original sauce I was trying to make come to my mind, isn’t reasonable (in my opinion). I said no to the sauce at that point. Went to the first window to pay. Went to the second window to receive my order. The male that took my order was talking down about me over not wanting to pay $1 extra for some sauce. Upon my order being handed to me I said something to him. Something along the lines of “I don’t know who took my order but it’s not okay to talk bad about a customer when they can hear you”. He admitted that it was him, and did apologize. My points are this: People I work with at Camp Rilea come here often for lunch. I will certainly be sharing with them how unpleasant and unprofessional this establishment is. If you’re going to talk down on a customer let alone anyone in life, either say it with your whole chest. Or do it out the way where that individual doesn’t have to hear you. The apology is honestly worthless because it shouldn’t have happened period. And it also wasn’t genuine, he apologized for being called out and embarrassed. Not wanting to pay $1 extra for some sauce on a little $13 meal has absolutely nothing to do with me being broke and everything to do with my opinion on $1 extra not being reasonable.
I respect food service workers. I respect people in general. What was said in ears reach about me not only was rude and unnecessary as I am a paying customer regardless. It absolutely shows more about the character of that individual, the kind of environment this establishment wants to create, and the type of professionalism they...
Read moreFood was good and the people working their were very friendly however the layout is horrible. It's very small with minimal seating inside. They do have seating outside but theres no protection from the windy rain we get here in Oregon. Right as you walk in theres a table with see through glass so while you're waiting 30 minutes to order you get to see people eating their food. When we went we had to sit their because no other tables were open. And people standing in line were staring at us eat the whole time which made the experience uncomfortable. Also you have to do your own order on a kiosk. I see this becoming a huge issue. It took us 30 minutes because people dont know what that are doing and take forever and they have no one taking orders. With the amount of people who are sick with influenza in the area the thought of touching a kiosk after a bunch of people who may or may not be sick right before you eat is disturbing. Second time we went we went through the drive through which took forever. 1st there is parking right next to the drive through lane. So when its busy anyone who is parked there cant get out. Poor layout planning. The line is wrapped around the building and for whatever reason their order sign is all the way on the other side super close to the pay window. And they have no menu signs to look at while you wait. So people who arent sure what to order take even longer because of that. They really need to get someone out there taking orders when its busy to help the line go faster. The food was good but not great.my husband and I both ordered burgers with bacon on it and there was very little bacon. For the price difference might as well get one without bacon and make yourself a piece of bacon when you get home. It was kind of sad. Probably wont be going back their because of the wait time due to poor...
Read moreWell, I am with the rest of you now. The service was terrible this morning. I placed a mobile order for 2 items at 7am leaving for work. I arrive at the drive thru at 706 with one car in front of me. Place order at kiosk and pull behind and wait....In total 10min. I turn off my car at min 6...The truck in front of me pulls off and I start the car and pull up. Now 3 cars are behind me. I ask what was up...."Well the guy in front of you ordered "20" sandwiches." So, I ask guy at window..."why did you have him not pull to a waiting spot to wait for 20 sandwiches" "Well I was told not to" So I get cold food and it was, because you are going to make everyone wait for a guy ordering for the office. The reply for my cold food and wait. "Oh you are a little disgruntled this morning. Well have a nice day...!" In a very awesome condescension voice. Well drive through guy and Wendy's in Warrenton...."You are FIRED" I will not be back for my drive though orders any more. I hope others read this review and take heed of what bad service looks like today and vote with your money and take that money to other locations. Drive though guy. I hope this review makes it back to you from your manager...706 to 716am Wed 22. You suck and will drive away customers to any business you are at. I would wish Wendy's good luck, but it will not go anywhere, so I will leave my review on every food post site instead. The public read and vote with your feet and spend your hard earned...
