Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Warrington Township

Every time I come to the auntie annes in Warrington:inside Walmart the lady is very rude. They NEVER have any cinnamon pretzels, and refuse to make any . This is horrible customer service and not a way to run a business. Now I have to go home and let my kids know they won’t be getting what they wanted. Drove here for nothing !!! It’s 3:30 by the way , not like it’s 8 pm. Pure laziness .

Edit / update . I had to drive to the one in Warminster during school zone traffic and they didn’t have any either, but he was happy to make one. He literally took a plan pretzel 🥨 dipped in butter and cinnamon, took him about a whole 10 seconds max. Something she could have easily done since she had a whole row of plain pretzels. I was the only customer at both locations at the time of service !! Again was 3:30 in the afternoon, not 8 or 9pm.

They should just shut the Warrington location down since they don’t know how to run...

I had called in a semi-lager order. It was ready in 15-minutes. The manager was so glad for calling in the order, that he gave us two extra pretzels for free.
