Subway — Restaurant in Warrington Township

I will NEVER give this place my business ever again!! Recently visited this location in Warrington one evening with my 7 year old granddaughter who wanted some pretzel bites, so I took her into the store and after purchasing and the cashier handing them to her we walked no more than 4- 5 feet from the counter, my granddaughter trips and they spilled all over the floor. We picked them up so I could have them replaced, and the woman at register stated I had to pay for more again. I explained to her we didn't even leave the store, and it's a child, no concern from this cashier if she was okay, just an attitude of oh well you'll have to pay for more. I couldn't even comprehend the audacity to charge someone again for a food item they have to dispose of anyway on a daily basis,  because their child mistakenly tripped inside of the store after just stepping away from the register. I did proceed to pay for them again because my granddaughter was visibly upset after almost falling and she really wanted them. But, I will never patronize this location ever, and NOT because I had to pay again but for the blatant lack of empathy the cashier showed regarding the entire incident involving a CHILD. Auntie Anne's should  pull their products out of this shameful subway.

Your response as an OWNER is shameful as all you got out of this complaint was thinking this was about free food. And, mentioning what your employees can or cannot eat has ZERO to do with my complaint. This only validates my review was warranted. Maybe you're not aware but public service involves listening to CUSTOMER feedback/complaints whether you agree with them or not, to improve...

The 2 ladies that work there are very nice and polite. The new people dont speak english and are very rude and lazy and smell. They need to have people who speak english and dont know why they changed from the 2 other ladies to these rude people from another country....

People are saying they aren't getting refunded for their online orders. How much you want to bet these people are keeping the money? That's what happens when scammers are given platforms to scam. And then they'll act as if it was acquired honestly. Lol,...
