I had to come in and write this review. I received my Uber eats order a few moments ago. To my dismay a few items where missing. I immediately rated them 2 stars out of frustration before even calling them to give them a chance to make it right. Honestly my frustration probably was at the last 3 uber eats orders that came wrong. When I dont receive the correct order or something is missing I always call. I realize the restaurant is not going run my sauce on the side or remove the mayo from my sandwich. I do it hopes of waking them up so that it does not happen to someone else. In the 3 previous uber eats missed food phone calls I received an apology. I now assume that is the norm. But wait. I then called Moes and a very nice and courteous woman named Kelce(sorry If I misspelled) answered the phone. She immediately without hesitation apologized and offered to re-fund part of my meal. I was shocked. The level of customer service and the fact that she sounded sorry that they messed up. It wasn't the routine apology received so many times before. I want to apologize for the quick 2 star on Uber. I will work on getting that changed. I do not know what role Kelce but it better be one of Leadership. You took a customer who would of quietly never ordered again to you to you know what I will definitely order again. So Moes I hope you read this and I hope Kelce gets some sort of recognition of some sort. It might seem small in the grand scheme but in a world of many choices she saved at least one customer today. Read moreNot pleased. It’s been a while since I’ve been at this location. I arrived and got the quesadilla which I used to get on a wheat tortilla. As the employee was making it another employee who I can only assume was some type of supervisor came out and asked her why the quesadilla was on a wheat tortilla. The employee replied because that’s how the customer wanted it. The supervisor proceeds to inform me that they “don’t do it on that way on a wheat tortilla” only regular flour ones and that the wheat ones were for burritos only. At the end of the day I’ve gotten it that way previously with no issues even being made by the owner of the location and at other locations. You are in a business to make sure the consumer has a pleasant meal and experience. Poor maintenance of the facility, including main entrance, restrooms and other areas of the facility create an uncomfortable atmosphere. Disinterested staff with their disheartened "Welcome to Moes" and poor customer service contribute to customer dissatisfaction. As the Moes brand has changed their menu, the classic entrees are suffering in quality and flavor - and some ingredients are simply being skimped - while the prices are raised. I used to love Moes and this location, but my last visit a week ago will be my last. 2023 Update - Go figure. I decided to stop in and see if they've gotten any better, but they were closed.
