We came here for the first time in December 2024. Upon entry, the atmosphere is very similar to what you'd see in a European Patisserie. We had just returned from Italy and I was craving a Cannoli so came here and picked up a Cannoli and two chocolate chip cookies. The ricotta cannoli was a huge let down. The chocolate chip cookies were top notch. Service from the ladies working was fast and friendly. I'll be back here in the future to try some other items on the menu. 4/5.

However this location I purchased a handful of lobster tails and they were old! To the point the inside was Green and extremely stale. Very disappointed!

They did it again!! We ordered a half sheet for my son’s 1st birthday and it was perfect! The decorating staff is SPECTACULAR! The teddy bear is adorable and I didn’t even pay for the full bear, only the head. They went above and beyond. Not to mention the cake and frosting is just amazing! So light and fluffy! Thank you Vitos!

They did it again!! We ordered a half sheet for my son’s 1st birthday and it was perfect! The decorating staff is SPECTACULAR! Love Vitos 2.0

Started going to the original Vitos on Moravian around 1997 best cassata cakes and the best muffaletta.

The $10 mini cassata cake is such a simple yet extravagant dessert to bring to any event.

Mieca was quick to wait on me, plus decorating the cake with perfection with a little white ribbon of icing to make the font pop.

Our friends loved the treat.

Service and staffing at this location is 50/50

On 10-18-24 service was Very Good.

The pick a number dispenser has now been empty for 3 weeks.

Leading to unusual interactions wondering who's next or who's on Deck.

Vito's.

If you're not going to fill the pick a number machine then why not remove it.?

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED (Washington twp location)!!!! I called @455 pm and asked the young girl who answered the phone if they would wait just 4 minutes past their closing time as I got stuck in traffic on my way to them to pick up a cake and her answer was “oh nooo we’re pretty quick at closing, we leave exactly @5pm”. Mind you I had already been driving for 15 minutes trying to get to them and she refused to wait just 4 minutes past 5 pm. A note to the owner, individuals like her need to be fired asap as she is clearly just concerned with herself and her...

Very disappointed. The canolis were stale the first time i went there. I thought i would give them another try due to they were very close to my home. I bought a dozen eclairs that looked amazing. They were evidently frozen, they were so cold. (so not fresh) The pastry on the outside even after thawing was hard to the point of being crunchy. They were terrible. $39 for a dozen that we ended up throwing out most of them. Walmart is half the price and are soft and fresh. We gave then 2 chances and bow will never go...
