James is the best! Great customer service knows how to keep calm and stressful situations. That girl working with him that can't keep her hands out of her face or off her clothes while working with food can go away. She has a horrible attitude and clearly doesn't like ppl. If it weren't for James's patience I would have gave all 1 stars. I ordered the 12pc combo. James asked if I'd like spicy, bone in or regular. I said I don't want spicy let me get the garlic parm and barbecue. I took one bit of each and realized that the wings were spicy. I went back in and the girl said well its spicy because it's floured in ghost pepper and that's the only kind of wings they sell. I was going to try and force myself to eat it but my lips were still burning from the first bite. I didn't get a receipt so I called in and got James. He didn't mind helping me and told me to come back in. When I did the mean girl decided 3pcs of the chicken she chose and a biscuit would make us even. I said to her I paid $14 for chicken. 3pcs and a biscuit is not even. She walked off with an attitude and James settled it up. I felt bad for James because customers were still coming, but this young man didn't fold under pressure. Read moreJennifer is always very rude and aggressive called and spoke to amber was told they opened at 10 when arriving Jennifer yells through the dinning room "we ain't open yet and pizza hut ain't opening at all" we asked where was amber and was told she's is in the office and Jennifer continues to yall across the dinning room "they ain't opening until 11 and pizza hut ain't because people called off" it's always an issue at this location with either not opening at posted time's which was the reason for calling or limits their menu or just plain rude then they are even more unprofessional if you ask for that they feel they are being inconvenienced by something that is posted for the guests like posted operating hours or menu items as if it is the guests fault I understand it not always the employee fault either but that not a reason to be treated badly on top of everything thing else. I just think if it's already going to a bad experience out of everyone's control while not do better with the things that there is control over like good...
Read moreI came in to order take out and was told at 7:19 pm that they were closing "soon" and so they didn't have anything. I asked what time they close and was told 8pm. I said nevermind and went next door to Pizza Hut and was helped promptly. While waiting for my Pizza a lady from Popeyes (@ 7:30) shouts out that they are closing in 30 minutes and that the lobby is closed. Basically that the people sitting in the lobby eating their food have to hurry it up and Get Out. A guy from Popeyes put the trash cans in front of their counter to block anymore customers and mumbled something to her. She commented back that well we close in 30 mins and we can leave until all these people are gone. Then proceeded to flash looks at me and the other customers like we were just there to pass her off. Needless to say, I won't come to this Popeyes anymore. If they had not been so rude and just explained that they were trying to get a head start on cleanup to get out of there, or we aren't allowed overtime... etc. I at least would have been...
