I don’t know who they have hired recently or if the management there just isn’t doing any kind of quality checks, but i ordered a double beef and cheddar meal with curly fries through uber eats. When you order food from an app delivery service they put stickers on the bag so you know the driver hasn’t opened it. Great and all, but it also means they can’t check the order. So when I opened the bag I had gotten regular fries and turkey on bread. Not even an actual sandwich, just turkey on bread with no toppings. I could understand if they had added like the wrong beef sandwich in the bag or something (which has happened before) but this was ridiculous. It was also cold by the time it got here. This Arby’s didn’t use to make mistakes so often just a year or two ago. It’s really disappointing and makes me want to stop ordering from...
Read moreI placed my order in the drive-thru, and pulled around to the window. It was a slight wait, but nothing terrible. They gave me my food bag and drinks, and then told me I had everything. When I got home, I saw that they hadn't given me my chicken club wrap that I ordered! Well, I tried calling them, but no one answered the phone. So, I ended up going back up there to fix the mistake. I went back through the drive-thru, and they handed me a bag without me having to wait, as if it had been made and was just sitting there. It was also cold (didn't taste freshly made) when I got back home. Moral of the story: always check your food bag before leaving this particular Arby's. I've had no problems (yet) at other locations, and the workers at this location act like they all hate their jobs and don't want...
Read moreToday when I decided to eat Arby's for lunch, I immediately drove up to the drive-thru speaker and ordered my meal. There were only four cars ahead of me, so I felt confident the wait wouldn't be long, but boy was I wrong. I spent over 15 minutes waiting on my meal. This drive-thru isn't like any ordinary one; once you've ordered, you're committed on waiting. There is no way to drive around cars and leave. Also, I've learned not to order any meal for dinner involving au-jus because they NEVER have a fresh batch made at dinner, but instead, it's a thick, ooey-gooey schmuck of mystery solid/liquid material. I've complained about their concoction they call au-jus, but no resolution has ever been made. I will not be returning...
