This Starbucks is the only one within 20 miles that has the Nitro available, although they almost consistently either haven't made or ordered enough cold brew for the day/week, or the mechanics of the nitrogen tap itself are broken and have an unknown date of repair (third party maintained). The Nitro and the regular cold brew is simply amazing, and basically the only thing on the menu I enjoy and could drink every single day. I won't ever stop going here, but the lack of keeping this product available has definitely lost the potential of an every day customer.
The inside seating is very spacious and has a very nice atmosphere; I would certainly enjoy coming here if I needed a working space or a meeting point.
When new recipes or specials are introduced into Starbucks, there is a decent chance that the employees will make it incorrectly for the first week or so. This location is still fresh, but I wouldn't consider it new anymore, so this seems more and more unacceptable as time goes on, given there's another location less than a mile away. It's usually safer to mobile order to help facilitate a correct order, but there have been times I've walked in and an empty cup with my name on it sits on the counter and says "we're out" (of Nitro, go figure), so customer beware.
UPDATE: It just so happens that I enjoy a particular breakfast sandwich from Starbucks that is the least stocked item they carry, as told by one of the employees. Consistently I have visited this store in the last few weeks to be told they are out of both the sandwich and the Nitro. Don't get me wrong, the employees are usually very accommodating and go the extra step to keep a happy customer, but I've wasted enough of my time being told something that's listed in several places on the menu is not available. The overall solution (to stock up on and maintain these items) is clearly not being sought out, and the lack of care is starting to become obvious. I will no longer be giving Starbucks my business. Read moreI love this Starbucks location! Typically just run through the drive thru, have been inside a couple times in the past and can say at that time my observations were: Kept up on cleanliness Tables were cleared and cleaned quickly Handicap Accessible Bathrooms available (didnt go in to speak on BR cleanliness.) Plenty of seating open
Drive-thru observations: My experience with folks running drive-thru has always been great, employees are friendly, energetic and seemingly happy.. they've been able to get me to crack a smile even during a difficult day and I appreciate that even more than the delicious Frappuccino that follows! Quick service!! Even when line appears to be lengthy, the waitress isnt! I don't believe I'm able to recall a visit that I've had to sit in line for over 3 minutes...and honestly it's normally VERY fast. Outside of location is kept clean and looking nice.
Parking: Location used to be a bank so they have a decently sized lot available thats handicap accessible. At times there may be some cumbersome moments of drive-thru line interfering with people entering or exiting lot, but normally from what I've seen folks are good at being mindful of not blocking the lot when the line starts getting long.
Drinks: Have never had my order messed up or served in poor appearance and/or taste at this location. I typically order a Grande Café Vanilla Frappuccino with Carmel Drizzle and Whip and technically it's no longer on the menu but most occasions the employees know what I'm referring to and don't have an issue making it. And this location its never been questioned. ♡
Can't speak on quality of food at this location.
Overall: 100% recommend and will without...
Read moreThis Starbucks is absolutely horrible and I am so tired of getting the incorrect order or being told they cannot make a simple caramel Apple spice latte sub brown sugar syrup. It’s hit or miss whether they want to make it or not. I’ve had them make it a few times and like today the guy said nope I’m sorry we cannot make that. There’s also a woman there who every time I order the caramel Apple spice latte sub brown sugar syrup she says we can’t make that so I ask why she continues to say that she doesn’t have a cinnamon dolce syrup to make that I’ll tell her that I did not ask for that I asked for sub brown sugar syrup and every time she is rude and says just pull up for your total. I have experienced the same exact thing with this woman three times. you would think she would know that I don’t want freaking cinnamon dolce syrup by now and yes I realize you’re out you’ve been out of cinnamon dolce syrup for the past six months. One time I got told they didn’t have apple juice and I said well that’s funny this morning you did and you also have apple juice in the cartons for the kids meal and then they said just pull up. like if I’m in the mood for something I know I probably won’t get it because they will tell me no or they can’t make it or continue to tell me that they don’t have cinnamon dolce syrup when I never asked for that in the first place. Very rude people and horrible experiences every time I go. something needs to be done at this location. Starbucks is already expensive enough they should not be messing up your drink or telling you no they can’t make something as simple as what was on their October menu. You need...
