I ask you this question: What is customer service? My 78 year old mother called your Turnersville location, and nobody picked up the phone, and after 13 minutes of being on hold , I decided to drive her to this location to order a pizza at the counter for her while she waited in my car. I addressed the 13 minute wait, and the response I received was "my bad", and then I was told: "YOU HAVE TO ORDER FROM THE APP". Did you just read that? Hmmm: what is customer service? From my past customer service experience at a pizza shop/restaurant, the phone call would have been answered, and then, only if the phones were not operational, would a genuine empathetic apology for the inconvenience in a professional tone would of been issued at the very least. In addition, the customers order would have been taken at the counter and THE SALE manually entered in the computer to avoid any further inconvenience of additional time wasted ordering through an inefficient Dominos APP. What's inefficient about it? It sent the order to another location, even after I entered Turnersville NJ 08012 location. One of the Dominos employees came over to their computer, canceled the order, and then entered my order manually. They couldn't do that when I first arrived and wanted to order at the counter?? I waited for my order while my mother watched in horror as the employee making the food scratched his nose and face over the pizza he was making, and didn't use gloves while making her food. Wawa, Chipotle, etc mandates that their employees wear gloves. I guess Domino's chose not to be sanitary? This is completely unacceptable. I advised my mother to call Angelo's Pizza next time. Read moreNormally I go to the store in Williamstown but online put me here. I ordered my food and got it a little after 11pm (site said they closed at 11:30) and overall I was disappointment.
First off when I got the food all the cheese and toppings on the pizza were all on one side as if the driver held the pizza vertically. I was able to somewhat salvage it, but then the steak on the Pizza was way over cooked and clearly tasted like they were in a rush.
Second we got a create your own pasta bowl with Tomatoes, chicken and Spinach. No chicken what so ever and it looked like they forgot the spinach and just threw a few leaves on top the last second.
Last we got some stuffed cheesy bread which for the most part looked okay (haven't eaten them yet but I'm expecting the wrong kind at this point) That being said we asked for garlic sauce and got Marinara instead.
Normally for me it's whatever I've worked at a pizza place I know what it can be like but...care more? I mean if I knew this is what it was going to be I wouldn't of given the driver that...
Read moreHi! We recently had a very bad experience for our son's birthday party order in Dominos store located at 5051 Black Horse Pike, Turnersville, NJ 08012.
We went to store in person on 12/26/2023 morning and placed the party order of $225.83 for 12/26/2023 (which includes the delivery charges) to be delivered to Funcity adventure park at 8PM which is just 0.3 mile from Dominos store. The order was not delivered at 8PM and when we went to store in person again to check, the associates in the store said they missed to prepare the order and they started preparing after we went to store and because of this the guests in the party did not had food on time which was very embarrassing for us. This is for our son's birthday party and Our party timing at Funcity was from 7PM to 9PM.
