Dunkin' — Restaurant in Washington Township

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered 2 Boston cream doughnuts and asked if they sold long johns, they said yes so we ordered 3 long johns. We also ordered and iced coffee with vanilla flavoring and a Dr Pepper. When we got to the window we received 2 Boston cream doughnuts (the only part of our order that was correct) 3 chocolate glazed doughnuts that had vanilla icing inside and when we told them we didn’t order those and that we ordered long johns they said oh we thought you ordered 3 of the same thing you previously ordered and told us that they were more Boston cream doughnuts (which they were not) then they handed us a cold brew and said it was an iced coffee. If the blonde girl working the window knew the menu at all she would have know it was a cold brew and not an iced coffee. We sat and waited and when she asked if we were missing anything we told her a Dr Pepper she said oh we don’t have that and handed us a bottle of Coke and said we would not be charged for it which was super annoying because only one part of our complete order was correct. I haven't been in a Dunkin Donuts in years so I'm not familiar with the menu. Pretty disappointed with the limited selection of donuts. I will give the lady who made our drinks 4 stars, but not the guy who waited on us. He didn't greet us, or ask what can I get for you, nothing. When I started ordering he never asked how many donuts I was getting or anything. I started ordering donuts, 2 of this, two of that etc. He was throwing them in a bag and ringing them up. After the 3rd set of donuts he said, rather rudely, how many are you going to get, then angrily deleted them from the register and took them out of the bag and put them in a box. His attitude was rude and condescending when he was telling me, if I knew you were getting that many, it's cheaper this way, I was just trying to save you money. While I appreciate him making it cheaper, his customer service...

this used to be my favorite location because they always got my coffee right. but i have stopped drinking caffeine so now i come and get a refresher with lemonade and a bacon egg and cheese add cream cheese & every time ive ordered this they hand me a plain bagel with only cream cheese but they charge me $5 for it like i’m paying for a BACON EGG AND CHEESE plus additional for the cream cheese. it happens every single time and im not understanding why im being charged and not getting the product??? they also never spread any of the cream cheese out so not only is the order wrong, i also just get a plain bagel with a big scoop of cream cheese in the middle of my bagel every time. new employees or something?? train them to pay attention to what people are ordering and also...
